Owner is not a good person!!! He hired my stepson who's autistic who clearly u kn after a 5 minute conversation. He worked kohner 3 days 5 hours each day told him take day off. The owner has bow ignored kohner hasn't paid him for his 15 hours that was owed last Friday and will not reply to a message other than I'll text u later today that was a week ago. Pretty sad u take advantage of a disabled person

Absolutely awful waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and then both burgers were done wrong one wasn’t even the right burger and then the other asked for no onions and mustard and was covered couldn’t even eat it. Awful service! 🤬

Went to pick up order. All of the staff backs were turnt away from customer. I said hello to get attention and I was told I was rude.

around 4:40 me and my boyfriend came in to get food it started off as a girl at cashier asking us if we need a minute and we said yes and she said “thank god” said she didn’t mean it that way and then walked away. you have all three young people behind the counter 1 girl and two boys. while we’re waiting for our food the guy called out our names for the drinks but we weren’t 100% sure if he said our names and didn’t come up to the counter. then calls out our name again and says to my boyfriend “i’m not gunna go out and bring it to you if that’s what you thought” and when i tried calling the store and asking for a manager i got told there’s no manager in the store and don’t know when there will be. this is not good customer service and the fact i could not speak to an actual manager is crazy

We ordered online last night spent $35. Under Josh and he went to pick it up after 5:30 and the young lady on the grill was so rude. She stated there is only 2 of us working and pointed to the sign hanging up for pick ups. When he tried to explain he was late to pick up our order and knew it was complete... the same lady said to him... have a good night. Completely dismissive. We spent our hard working money there to getan attitude from some young girl. If you dont like your job leave and dont take it out of the ppl supporting your pay check. (The food was good!)

This manager was at the grill, on a Friday night, and came out to ask us how the meal was. Fantastic, service was great, he was great, place was extremely clean, burgers were quite good and I'm not even much of a carnivore LOL. Really really good fries!! And a red velvet shake thing was delicious!!! Was definitely worth the drive, we went on the advice of a friend who had recently discovered it. Glad we went!!

Fantastic burger joint!! The burgers are made to order right in front of you with a whole bunch of customizable options such as type of cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. I personally got the A1 burger and it was absolutely delicious! 7/5 stars, I can’t wait to go back!
