Worst Wendy's ever. Ordered 20 nuggets , got 10. The medium fries were smaller than McDonals small fry. 50 dollars to not receive our whole order and nobody answers the phone. Management sucks. I hope y'all are one of the 300 that is being closed.

Paid for an order on Uber Eats. Manager claimed he couldn't find the order in the system and had me call Uber customer support. I was told by support that my receipt on the app should be proof enough for me to get my food. After showing my Uber eats receipt; I was still told there's nothing they can do for me.

So... if you want incompetent employees and poor service, this is your spot!

Went through the drive through and ordered a Dave's single with ketchup, lettuce, and mayo only. They repeated it twice at the drive through, once when I paid and once at the pick up. Ketchup, lettuce, mayo only, yes that is right. I get home and it has cheese. I call and get a ride lady who said you didn't say no cheese! No I said ketchup, lettuce, mayonnaise only. She said it comes with cheese you should have said no cheese! I repeated my order again I said I ordered ketchup, lettuce, mayonnaise only! ONLY! She nastily said you didn't say no CHEESE. I told her do you need to be college educated to understand ketchup, lettuce, mayonnaise only, means that is all that should be on the burger. She was nasty, rude and a few other adjectives that I won't write on here. Avoid this Wendy's!

What is wrong in today's world where you spend $20 for a chicken sandwich, French fries and some chili and the french fries are cold and stale? It really is unacceptable to send cold and stale fries out the pick up window. I demanded a refund. If the person at the counter just smiled and went through refund process instead of trying to get me to understand his situation I would have given five stars for service. As I mentioned to him before he tried to get me on his side I worked fast food many years. In the situation where you screw up someone's order and they have to drive all the way back, you need to eat the duty sandwich and smile. The customers not angry because their order was perfect the customer is angry and you are in that position dealing with the customer because your service your product for your atmosphere does not meet the standard set by corporate and it is your fault and or problem

Terrible customer service at the front counter. The staff can't execute a simple task of cooking fast food and put the right items in the brown paper bag for pick up.
This is what their job is: read the order on the screen, cook, and put it in the bag. Greer the customer at the counter and let them know the order is there. They can't or choose not to do that.
If they are understaffed, shame on the owner for not hiring more people.

This restaurant needs to be closed down and management as well as the employees need to be completely retrained on how to do their job.
They have fundamentally completely failed at the quite simple task of running a fast food restaurant.
Seriously. Corporate needs to step in and retrain everyone from the owner down if this is a franchise.

The app isn't working again. Which makes ordering with a coupon impossible because the staff doesn't care. They just say they can't do anything about it. Which is non sense. I understand that its not the restaurants fault, or in their control that the app doesn't work. But they can can still do something for the customers since they are still choosing to get food there.
This wasn't just a one time occurrence either. It was 2x in a row. The food is still good, that why we still eat there.
This is the Evans Mills location, evening shift.

Beware. Iif you order a baconator meal thru the drive thru i was charged 7.99 for the baconator, 3.79 for the fries, and 4.19 for drink. I had drove off and gotten home and noticed they charged them separately instead of the combo so paid 16 dollars for a 14 dollar meal. Its not a lot, but if they do this for every car or every other, it adds up. Shady practices and i wont be back.
