Super disappointed! I love Jersey Mike's. Look forward to getting their sub when I'm out in Camilus. I decided to place an order online being I live in Cayuga county and was going out of my way to get subs for dinner. 7/20. After coming home and opening my sub it was not the correct order. What I got was literally a bun a few pieces of turkey and provolone with a crap ton of mayo. I'm sure they got the orders mixed up. That's what I'm thinking at least. Tried calling the number and was constantly busy. So I'm stuck with a sub I don't want I was lucky enough to have a wonderful husband that shared his sub with me. I guess I'm going to have to actually order in person so I can actually see what they are putting on my sub so I do not get the order again.

Sandwich meat wasn't that great. Music was blasting making it difficult to hear the girls on the line. Manager thought that was funny.
We've come here a few times and we love the food. Usually there's no problem, but there was one time they ran out of bread during peak time. One of our little's was sad she couldn't have her sub that she was craving, and they told her that they would soon have a bread delivery if we waited. We decided to wait, eat our own food in the meantime, and when we went to get her sub, they refused our payment and said the sub is on them! They also gave her a cookie! I think this was a great show of customer service during a situation they couldn't control.

11/30/25 Ordered online, two regular subs. The Italian and club supreme. On my club I found not just one, not two but THREE long blonde hairs layered in the cuts of meat and cheese. I would have been o.k with finding one hair but THREE??? I am beyond upset and disgusted. I'm probably ordering from Subway or Firehouse from now on.

Bad idea 5 o'clock Friday. Ordered 2 half subs and a whole hot sub. After 45 minutes of waiting I thought I'd ask. Half hour before that she ask what I wanted on half sub. Apparently it ended up in another order because when I asked about my order, that one was gone. Had to reorder all of them again. An hour and ten minutes later(I live 5 minutes away), the 2 half subs were wrong.

My first experience with this Jersey Mike's was placing an online order for pickup. When I showed up at the pickup time on the order, my subs hadn't even been started. I waited for over half an hour while they served walk-in customers and trained a new person on the line.
This weekend I decided to give them another chance. Since the online order was a disaster, I decided to order in person. Spoiler alert, also a disaster. This time the wait was twenty minutes to get four subs.
I won't be back.

Very busy lunch time crowd but the servers kept their composure and had everyone served in a reasonable time frame. The sandwich was expensive for lunch. Perfectly toasted roll with tasty sauce and fillings. Good mix from the soda fountain too.
