We've come here a few times and we love the food. Usually there's no problem, but there was one time they ran out of bread during peak time. One of our little's was sad she couldn't have her sub that she was craving, and they told her that they would soon have a bread delivery if we waited. We decided to wait, eat our own food in the meantime, and when we went to get her sub, they refused our payment and said the sub is on them! They also gave her a cookie! I think this was a great show of customer service during a situation they couldn't control.

11/30/25 Ordered online, two regular subs. The Italian and club supreme. On my club I found not just one, not two but THREE long blonde hairs layered in the cuts of meat and cheese. I would have been o.k with finding one hair but THREE??? I am beyond upset and disgusted. I'm probably ordering from Subway or Firehouse from now on.

Bad idea 5 o'clock Friday. Ordered 2 half subs and a whole hot sub. After 45 minutes of waiting I thought I'd ask. Half hour before that she ask what I wanted on half sub. Apparently it ended up in another order because when I asked about my order, that one was gone. Had to reorder all of them again. An hour and ten minutes later(I live 5 minutes away), the 2 half subs were wrong.

My first experience with this Jersey Mike's was placing an online order for pickup. When I showed up at the pickup time on the order, my subs hadn't even been started. I waited for over half an hour while they served walk-in customers and trained a new person on the line.
This weekend I decided to give them another chance. Since the online order was a disaster, I decided to order in person. Spoiler alert, also a disaster. This time the wait was twenty minutes to get four subs.
I won't be back.

Very busy lunch time crowd but the servers kept their composure and had everyone served in a reasonable time frame. The sandwich was expensive for lunch. Perfectly toasted roll with tasty sauce and fillings. Good mix from the soda fountain too.
This location always has smiling faces and makes the subs perfectly!!! Shoutout to Mike for his great customer service! Thank you all!

2nd time at the Camillus location with my toddler son and the guy there is an awesome person. Not to mention the subs he makes, delicious! I'd also like to especially thank him and the team for being so kind and offering my son a cookie ?. Great people and food! I recommend the turkey and provolone or the Philly.

This is the best JM I've been to in all of NYS. The owner, with whom I've spoken to when I stop in town to see my daughter, is a first class businessman. The store is super clean, organized and they make subs perfectly to your liking, all without ANY attitude. Big thumbs up!

Not only the staff was super friendly and nice but just ate the world’s best sub. I’ve heard they are pricey, but man worth it. Very generous with meat!! Not like subway which is mostly bread

Almost every time I go to the jersey mikes on west genesse st they dont have the bread i like,(with the parm) and at different hours of the day, So i walk out every time, and Almost every time im ready to order at least 3 giant subs. So i feel its your loss.. And for being a corporate store you think the owner or even the people that work there would care....
