Not sure what the point of being open till 9 is if i cant get anything after 8:30, walked in at 8:32 and was told i cant get anything off the grill, and they're out of half of their toppings. Waste of my damn time

Go in @ 5pm 2/11/24, 3 employees. 1 at Register, 1 leaning on back counter, 1 making a to-go order. No customers were in the restaurant. Myself and my kids approach the counter. The employees were conversing and did not acknowledged our presence at all, and even avoided eye contact, before I finally open my mouth and said “you all need a lesson in customer service.” Those employees that were just standing there had their arms crossed, leaning on counters and couldn’t even say “hello, I will be right with you.”I was a regular, I usually go during the lunchtime, and the employees are always very nice. Take a good look at this crew that was on if you care about your business. If you can’t even get employees to look up and give eye contact to a customer when they enter the restaurant, you have lost me and my family as customers. Just a disgrace in Customer Service.

It's strange, you go in and tell them which pre-designed sub you want, and then they ask you what you want on it. "Uh, I want what comes on it." This seemed to confuse them. "I want whatever comes on a #13." "No, but you can pick any of this stuff." How have they not figured out how this works yet? All this back and forth and they got the bread I chose wrong. It would be one thing if the subs were cheap, but they aren't.

Every single time I go there they can’t get it right! I always say I’m done with jersey mikes for while but I’m d*** and give them another chance. I know when you are busy I get messing up the order but when it’s just me the only customer in the store and you still drop the ball its like come on now!!!

Didn't get what I ordered and when I got home No one would answer phone at store ?
The workers act like you are inconveniencing them by coming in there. You’re teenagers inside air conditioning on a 90 degree day your life is not that bad. I’ve only been twice and won’t go again because it was ridiculous both times. I literally have to greet them and then stand there awkwardly and end up having to walk them through my order. Desperate need of customer service training. Maybe have music playing so they don’t seem so bored and miserable ?

I stopped in for lunch and ordered two subs at the Fairmount location. The workers didn’t speak to us for a bit and then once we did order no one changed their gloves. My family we don’t eat pork and the worker used the same gloves while making multiple subs that included salami and ham before he grabbed the turkey to put on my sub. They also wiped crumbs and food off the counter and still never changed their gloves. Just overall wasn’t content with the service aspect.

The food itself is amazing but the service for online ordering is unfortunately atrocious. If the store closes at 9 p.m. but you don’t accept online orders for pickup at 8:25 p.m., you should clearly state this policy on the website instead of having your guests find out AFTER assembling the order that it can only be fulfilled the next day at the earliest.
