Ordered an everything donut, toasted with butter and a medium latte. They gave me microwaved donuts as if no one understands the different between toasted and microwave. Not or little butter. The latte was not a latter but a coffee with a lot of hot milk and some flavor, not sure what kind. I don't ask for any flavor. Really ruined my day.

I think the manager needs to pay attention to the appearance on where you sit to eat. You your food.The floor was dirty, three tables were dirty. The food came out pretty quickly, and it had a great taste. They were fully stocked on whatever you needed. The cashier was a very sweet person with no attitude.

Food is decent. In store customers are ignored to accommodate online orders. There is no seating available for paying customers, as everything is occupied and littered with trash by drug addicts from nearby homeless shelters.

This Dunkin Donuts needs to be shut down. They are so dirty, do not clean the tables. And the mental ill and homeless stay in there all day. Every morning, they are feeding the homeless free food and then complain about them all the time. They don't call police but will call Wavecrest Security, (which are not police) to get the homeless out. If they stop feeding the homeless and mentally ill then maybe they won't come in. The Board of Health should shut this Dunkin Donuts down.
