Took my sister and 2 neices for breakfast after getting gas and found more than food inside the sandwich, there was a few long pieces of hair inbetween the bacon and eggs like it was a secret ingredient placed there on purpose, the server had nothing on their head to only to keep hair from falling into food. When we returned the sandwich demanding a refund the server was unable to complete the transaction giving excuses of not knowing the sytem as if he was new and untrained forcing us to get something else or take a complete loss. We decided on a cool drink instead only to see insects visibly on the pumpkin spice donuts leaving spices of their own and appearing stuck and glued to the treats. Completey unacceptable, they really deserve 1/2 a star at best and to be shut down or have new management and staff immediately.

The atmosphere is a dirty run down gas station you have to walk through to get to the store. And after that, you would think they would want to make up for that with a nice attitude. But NOPE! The lady at the counter addresses people as “Hey You!” and “Hey” and throws your food down on the counter when it’s ready.. To add to that, the hash browns are semi stale, and the counter Woman made sure she gave me the smallest Cinnabon Roll she could find. Well I can take a hint! There is another DD on the way to work about a mile away that serves kosher and the treatment is not like I darkened their doorstep upon entry. I will be from now on going there instead..

Simply the worst Dunkin’ donuts on the planet. I unfortunately come here often because I live here and I leave angry every single time. I have NEVER had an order made correctly or quickly. And then they yell at you when you ask them to fix what’s wrong. Especially the younger lady with glasses. Just go to another one, i promise it’s not worth it. Can’t even drink my frozen right now because they didn’t blend it so it’s just mad big chunks

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts and was disappointed by the customer service. I asked politely for an extra packet of ketchup, and they refused—literally just handed me one and wouldn’t give me another. It’s a small thing, but it really left a bad impression. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least don’t be stingy with condiments. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts more than an hour ask for a polite job and a girl and she tells me that I’m not hired because the winter and I go again in summer and ask for work, Dunkin Donuts and I more than stand hour and the guy me that I’m not hired and my messages screw this Dunkin Donut worker and I left Dunkin’ Donuts and good day

The young guy from Bangladesh, named Abu Ahmed was sooooo sweet. He was pleasant and gracious. I love getting my coffee right before traveling over the bridge. He smiled and offered me such a wonderful conversation. I enjoyed my large coffee with a shot of espresso!♥️ Shukria (شکریہ)

Horrible customer service. There’s never more than two people working there, the wait for someone to even acknowledge the customer is too long, Their either getting orders wrong or forgetting to give you an item that you paid for. This place needs employees who actually care about their work performance and customer service skills because it is horrible.

Koly helped me at this location. She was really nice. I placed my order to the wrong location so I couldn’t pick it up as I was already on my way to school but when I went to see what someone could do for me, she was very understanding when I explained the situation.
