Horrible customer service. There’s never more than two people working there, the wait for someone to even acknowledge the customer is too long, Their either getting orders wrong or forgetting to give you an item that you paid for. This place needs employees who actually care about their work performance and customer service skills because it is horrible.

Koly helped me at this location. She was really nice. I placed my order to the wrong location so I couldn’t pick it up as I was already on my way to school but when I went to see what someone could do for me, she was very understanding when I explained the situation.

don’t come here ever, i ask for two large pumpkin ice coffee.. the man just gave regular ice coffee that was bitter .. they don’t even give nothing to put your drinks in and when you ask them for a bag they get an attitude.. oh and if dunkin’ donuts come out with a new drink don’t expect to get if from this location, since i been living in the area for 3 years they never updated the menu..
I was scolded by worker for taking more than 1 napkin to clean up a spill after I spilled my drink because he didn't want to have to refill the receptacle" this is unacceptable! I won't be visiting this location again"

Suck…. they are very very slow they take forever….very unprofessional. It’s sad because it’s a small business in a gas station even when the traffic is slow and there are only two customers in the store you still have a 15 minute
