They just recently remodeled this place so it's a lot better and I actually like the fact that you can sit there and watch the ferry coming from Brooklyn to the rockaways. it's better than it was a year ago. I use this Dunkin whether I'm on foot, or driving, it's in my neighborhood, and is better than others I've visited.

The young guy working the cashier is super nice and great. I saw how he interacted with multiple clients and myself. Really nice and great customer service. Also the views from the seating area are incredible of the bay and NYC

Today I ordered an americano, a latte and two donuts here, the latte tasted terrible, and the donuts looked and tasted not fresh and damaged. the restroom was without toilet paper and looked very dirty, although there were no customers in the establishment at all. did not like it's a pity that they recently opened and announced themselves so poorly.

Horrible customer service. Ordered via ubereats and when I walked in at least were standing around talking. I showed the young lady handling the register my uber pick up order. She looked at the info and then told me it will be up shortly. I waited inside that dunkin donuts for over 20 minutes for an order that was placed on ubereats and should have been ready for pick up. When I was finally given my order it was completely the wrong order. As I was letting the staff know that isn't mine, he then said he doesn't speak English. As I waited I watched one of the workers sneeze in his hands and not even wash it afterwards. Completely disgusting, I will NEVER return to this location. Management should be ashamed.

So this is my first time in the store. It’s beautiful and very convenient to my home. But the issue is the employee. I came in and ordered a frozen drink. I was barely greeted. Which ok whatever. I ordered a frozen coffee and by no means was it frozen and not only that she gave me the size she wanted. She mumbled her words and I could barely understand her. I know it’s early but it’s early for me too!!
