Just picked up 25 munchkins at this location there all stale. Not sure how you stay in business as a donut shop.

I usually go through GrubHub to place my order. However, today I ordered three things and did not get all three things. They failed to put in the bacon and egg croissants. Got the iced latte and the old fashioned donut but failed on the sandwich. If you try to call them it keeps ringing. If you want it good go in person. Customer service is the absolute worst!

The rudest bunch of people I’ve ever had to deal with
They just recently remodeled this place so it's a lot better and I actually like the fact that you can sit there and watch the ferry coming from Brooklyn to the rockaways. it's better than it was a year ago. I use this Dunkin whether I'm on foot, or driving, it's in my neighborhood, and is better than others I've visited.
