They just recently remodeled this place so it's a lot better and I actually like the fact that you can sit there and watch the ferry coming from Brooklyn to the rockaways. it's better than it was a year ago. I use this Dunkin whether I'm on foot, or driving, it's in my neighborhood, and is better than others I've visited.

The young guy working the cashier is super nice and great. I saw how he interacted with multiple clients and myself. Really nice and great customer service. Also the views from the seating area are incredible of the bay and NYC

They need to keep fan in front you have flies around. Second lower the music cause the guys can’t hear the mobile order sound . 3rd they slow you by the beach side you have lot customers .
