Constantly have homeless and mentally ill outside harassing you. Meat doesn’t seem to ever be fully cooked. Sauce doesn’t taste the greatest. It doesn’t taste like real Italian food. It isn’t horrible but definitely not the best in town. It’s small inside. The owner is always friendly but not the rest of the staff. Sometimes you’re left on hold for a long time. They won’t deliver to your door. You have to meet them outside. It could definitely be better if they did better.

I’m pleasantly surprised by my meal. I enjoyed everything and I’m not into pasta or pizza but I was in the mood and decided to order from here. I got pasta, chicken roll & pastalito. All were very good. I will continue to support.

Pizza in Far Rockaway is hard to come by but they are the exception ! when you want a pepperoni pie well done just ask them to put it in the oven a little longer and they will ensure it is to your liking. 👍

311 needs to be called asap. I bought 2 slices then I see the same person that charged me taking another order with the same hands he took my money and put his hands in the pepperoni basket. That was disgusting. Plz @311 take a look at this.

I had at one time felt that this pizzeria took pride in the ingredients used and service rendered. However, recent purchases were disappointing and has caused me to reevaluate the overall performance of said business. The cheese and sauce were a big disappointment. I thought it was a "one off " occurrence, but unfortunately subsequent purchases rendered the same issues, and the adding of seasonings doesn't help the flavor. I've stopped going to J&M, and now have to travel elsewhere for a good slice. Very unfortunate as my son had once recommended J&M, but now feels the same as me.
