Papa Johns Pizza

This comment is about the sizes of the pizzas. I order the medium pizzas and the large pizza and they look almost the same size. That is, the medium one is a small size and the large one is a medium size. Please don't fool people.

This is the west place to get food from in farrockaway, kids wanted food order it and it gets canceled 30 min later so I called and they called me all kind theif
And just disrespectful ,and I ordered from them time to time but never again they don’t deserve my hard owned money or tips💯🙌🏾👎🏿

Found a roach in my pizza. This place is unsanitary…. I would not recommend anyone to go there

Ordered various stuff for delivery through the Papa Johns app a few times and haven’t been disappointed. Delivery is always quick and every order comes with pepperoncini, which puts Papa Johns above other fast food pizza for me.

I recommend the thin crust.

Dear 13338 Springfield Blvd in Queens,

I have ordered Pap John's Pizza plenty of times through the DoorDash app and I have never had an issue with their food items. But when I ordered Papa John's through my Uber app yesterday, from this particular franchise, it looks too disgusting and degrading to eat! My experience was horrifying!! I can't serve this to my kids!! Are you kidding me!! I have given them 5 stars (by mistake) before looking at what was inside the box because I thought it was from the same Papa John's that I usually order from but this pepperoni pizza pie looks exactly throw up food. It must be thrown in the garbage and not eaten. Whoever prepared this is smart enough to know (but don't care) when they have prepared damaged goods (a hot mess!!). And If you know you've made a mistake, don't try to sell it off anyway! Not everybody eats like an animal! I'm not sure why you decided to not stand by the papa John's pizza franchise and deliver all good pizzas like some of the others I have ordered from in the past but you guys over there should really be ashamed of yourselves. instead of using your job as a playground!! Hire workers who can get the job "done!!" To Managers and supervisors reading this, really take this seriously! Find out who prepared this and fire them!! They are making you look disgustingly bad! This not pizza!! Look at it closely. It is for the trash!!

I placed an order online for a bbq Papadia no onions a Philly cheese steak one came out. I told the person it was wrong he said he wouldn’t change it and I asked why I’m still standing in the store, he agreed to change it and I always check my food I looked in it and the bread was cold and hard and you could tell it wasn’t fresh. ( I usually order this after work from time to time) I told him about it I was ignored. I’m a paying customer and a very polite one and I need someone to reach out to me about the food quality and the service that I not only received tonight 7/15/2024 but overall. Old bread and chicken with a bitter aftertaste. This man handed me that food and said here.
