This is the second time Ive had an issue with delivery from this location. Idk why their drivers are so lazy but this is the last time. Gave them my address and Apartment number because the security would need it. Instead of telling the security the number, the driver left my food with a complete stranger. Never again terrible service terrible!

My mother is handicapped and has a hard time getting up and down the stairs. I wanted to surprise her and my nieces (who are too young to go downstairs alone) with an order from here. I made sure to call because I remember visiting while pregnant and having to go down the 6 fights to get my food (elevator wasn't working but whatever the exercise was cool) because they're too scared to come up. When I asked if they'd take it up, I was met with a hard no!! However, when I wobbled my pregnant self downstairs their delivery driver had the audacity to ask for a tip. Like I told my mother, that was the last time! I don't care what the explanation is.

The manager or driver underststand English at all! Asked for order to be delivered at 6:15 PM. Took me 9 times to person on the phone! Put me to manager and he said ok. Order comes before 6. We do not talk lunch until 6:15 and get 20 minutes. I asked if anyone there understands English? Then told them not paying for cold food At that driver said you are not getting your food and getting charged anyway. I called corporate office and Michelle told me i would get full refund. I told her i think they Driver and Manager should be fired. I also told her how the foolish IMMIGRANT. Made a coment about Brookhaven and land of mental crazy people. Told him i am a worker and he had no rights to talk about patients and Michelle. To one to all stay away and go to Dominos or another pizza place. Corporate do the right thing and fire them all. They will not get paid my bank blocked it. Last laugh on you DRIVER AND MANAGER!
