Be aware they do not open at 8am. I went there 2 times, the first time I tought it was just that day, the guy open late and he apologize etc. But the second time I went I don't even know at what time he open, it was 8:04, he saw me on the door and he didn't even open the door, he ask me for another 5 to 10 min. Really? I just left. If he is late I don't want to be late myself for work just because the workers here has no sense of people's timing. The door sign says 8:00am, not 8:15-8:20.

I’m sure everyone can read when it says open at 8am and even the sign on their door says they open at 8am. This Subway just got renovated. I ordered today a wrap. This is not a wrap it looks like a Roti. I was watching the guy make it he literally just folded it. I told the Chinese looking man and they both stared at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told them to toast it they said it was already toasted. Never again I will order from here. Sad because the store is nice but the customer service is so poor.
