The food is so good I keep coming back and my husband said I’m about to turn into Taco Bell 😂
App never works in that taco bell location..
There were several issues with this order. I swapped the beef for chicken in each of my items, but when I checked my chicken taco at home, I noticed smears of beef on the inside of the tortilla. I cannot eat beef due to religious reasons and had to discard the taco.
Additionally, I ordered a Luxe Box, but the items were thrown messily into the bag, with some of the wrappers slightly opened. This is the second time I’ve placed an order at this location at least 20 minutes in advance, only to be told, “It’s not ready yet. Come back in 5 minutes” upon arrival.
To make matters worse, today I encountered two rude employees whose attitudes were extremely unpleasant. I order from Taco Bell often, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor customer service and multiple issues with my order.

Two employees in the kitchen were CONSTANTLY chatting. Even though I was the only one at the counter it still took a long time. Mind you I ordered on app and THEN walked there from the nearby library and I still had to wait for about 8 mins. Because instead of working they rather stop and chat. Place is filthy. Instead of helping the customers, the girl that was supposed to work at the counter was hiding at the drive thru window area the entire time. I can see her when I lean over a little bit she was just there looking out the window when clearly there was no drive thru customers. Food was weird. I remember having Taco Bell in Vegas but don’t remember Supreme wraps being spicy at all. I ordered everything original, no changes made but it was still spicy. Overall I will not return. Will go to McDonald’s across the street from now on. Cantina Chicken crunch was good though.

ADD THE SAUCES TO THE ORDERS ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!!!!! I understand being busy, but honestly do your job right. It’s truly not a difficult task to give people exactly what they ordered and paid for. Are your employees hired to do whatever they want or are they hired to provide quality service and accurate orders? It’s crazy that I even have to leave a review about some silly sauce packets but it’s apart of my order that I PAID FOR. who is ordering taco bell with no sauce’s whatsoever??? No one. Yet, I get my food that looks like it was thrown in the bag from across the room and no sauces. Do better, I can see why your rating is so low. Management and training needs to be revamped immediatelyyyyyyyy!!!!

The wait time is insane every Taco Bells I went moves faster then this one it makes no sense and they have plenty of worker’s in the store.

Horrible service. Workers were more into their cellphones vs. getting orders out. The lil light skinned guy's mouth is always running...its annoying to eat inside while he's there.

They don’t even give you what you ask for imma leave pictures to show I when up there cuz never get it right when I order so I was like freak it imma go up there what can go wrong ? right RIGHT went completely wrong plus the cashier look like she did even want to be there got my whole order wrong

Order 911822. I ordered it on the mobile app. I arrived at the taco bell location in Far Rockaway NY. When I arrived, I was informed by the manager who was female, black, large, and had dreadlocs, that there was no more food and that the store was closing up and she offered nothing to me. I paid for the meal via the app and got zero food. I just now have had time to re-address this. I wrote taco bell earlier and received no reply. $37 down the drain. I'm a Black (FBA) male and unfortunately the customer service and attention to detail here is terrible and embarrassing when it comes to the black youth that's employed there, especially on weekend evenings. They are more concerned with whats on thier smartphones and singing Glorilla songs while they take orders. Our black youth demographic in that particular area of nyc is not taking their part time jobs seriously. Seems like they are only concerned with doing ? the least amount of work as possible.

Terrible customer service, I had to go back twice because of forgotten items and even after that they STILL forgot items. Whoever that worker is with the orange wig in a ponytail gotta go, because tell me why she said she didn’t see drinks on my order and it was right on the receipt!!! -5/12/24
