App never works in that taco bell location..
There were several issues with this order. I swapped the beef for chicken in each of my items, but when I checked my chicken taco at home, I noticed smears of beef on the inside of the tortilla. I cannot eat beef due to religious reasons and had to discard the taco.
Additionally, I ordered a Luxe Box, but the items were thrown messily into the bag, with some of the wrappers slightly opened. This is the second time I’ve placed an order at this location at least 20 minutes in advance, only to be told, “It’s not ready yet. Come back in 5 minutes” upon arrival.
To make matters worse, today I encountered two rude employees whose attitudes were extremely unpleasant. I order from Taco Bell often, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such poor customer service and multiple issues with my order.

The food had no flavor and my tacos was cold. Don't waste your time or money
Two employees in the kitchen were CONSTANTLY chatting. Even though I was the only one at the counter it still took a long time. Mind you I ordered on app and THEN walked there from the nearby library and I still had to wait for about 8 mins. Because instead of working they rather stop and chat. Place is filthy. Instead of helping the customers, the girl that was supposed to work at the counter was hiding at the drive thru window area the entire time. I can see her when I lean over a little bit she was just there looking out the window when clearly there was no drive thru customers. Food was weird. I remember having Taco Bell in Vegas but don’t remember Supreme wraps being spicy at all. I ordered everything original, no changes made but it was still spicy. Overall I will not return. Will go to McDonald’s across the street from now on. Cantina Chicken crunch was good though.
