Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish. They will ignore you and help others first that speak the language. Also they will make you get up and get your own food while serving customers who came in after you. Very blatant racists and don't try very hard to hid it.

Worst customer service . Small food portions with high pricing . Look at my photo where the hell is the steak . Steak was the size of a White Castle patty . Avoid especially if you ain’t Spanish they only cater to their people .

Really great food. If you want your food delivered fast use DoorDash or Uber eats, they tend to take an hour or more if they deliver it to you directly. I recommend the tacos birria! Always good and yummy. I would also recommend their burgers !!! Unfortunately they do make mistakes when you get food delivered, I’ve ordered empanadas twice and they send me steak instead of cheese very very unfortunate

Will never be coming back , the male workers only cater to their people. I watched the man give 3 plates to people that was waiting all different tables but when my order was ready I had to get up and walk over to receive my food. Then there is a fly/ bug in the salad 0/10 will never be coming back

The chicken was chewy. The steak is disgusting - gooey but also dry at the same time. There’s no cheese at all. Avocado brown. No dressing either. Barely any guacamole, sour cream, or pico. To top it off, it took 2 hours to come for delivery… food was ice cold when arrived. Unfortunately, it did not leave our tastebuds on their knees begging for more…

Waited a long time for service come to find out they only had salmon. The salmon was nasty and dry , and there no seasoning like they took it out of the freezer and put it on the grill. It tasted like old frost bite. Salad and beans were fine. I made a complaint and I was told that's how they cook their fish. I would not recommend eating their seafood

I have been a customer of the place for several years.But they have gone down in food quality.All food tastes the same (zason)The prices are very high... lately they do not give a receipt and you demand it and they do not send it with the amount you consume and their prices... they only send what is for your order... I think it is due to the lack of staff and the demand for orders. .because it is a blessed restaurant in the farrockaway area!! Only they shouldn't go down either in quality or in food... the tacos are no longer roasted but made of sancichada meat without flavor or onion or cilantro tortilla heated in the microwave that doesn't even kill the ice cream... I recently ordered roast chicken They sent us to burnt charcoal... and I repeat, there is not a day in the week that I do not order comfort food here... they always ask you to return what you don't like without touching it... and they give so many buts... roast beef is beef. milanese all dry...the liver is more tomato and onion without flavor...I recommend it Yes...because not all days are bad...but fair prices are not good because it is true everything is high but they decreased the quantity and quality....and they increased the price...I hope Victor and his wife read the comments and complaints...because they don't answer messages...and as a customer according to them I have preference..
