Great place for a quick bite or drinks. Super cool surf theme/ambiance. Surf boards lockers. Most of the food are tacos, they’re flavorful small single corn tortilla fully loaded but a bit pricey ($6 each), just a few fillings to choose from. Staff is super welcoming and diligent. Dog friendly patio with lots of shade. Parking can be tricky as it’s a short street surrounded by houses and the railway. All in all it’s a cool place for a quick bite.

The chorizo y papas and fish tacos were delicious. The carnitas were way too salty for my wife and I’s tastes. The atmosphere is great with nice indoor and outdoor space. Definitely will be coming back!

The best place. The food is incredible I stop here every time I’m in Rockaway. I love that the owner also works there prepping and cooking he even helped us blow up an inner tube with a straw and a bike pump.

Yop, loved it. A little bit pricey but the tacos were loaded like whoa.
Got a carnitas, chorizo, mushroom and pepitas, and a fish taco.
Carnitas- no notes, super good hella toppings. Chorizo- also really great. Mushroom- really nice texture, mushrooms were really nicely cooked, could totally taste the pepitas. Fish- honestly, it was a purely greasy. But the stuff on it was good.
Salsas were awesome, good was quick(I got it to go cause I needed to get home to my dog). But I smashed them in the car during red lights back to Brooklyn.
The open air of the place, fun, secluded entrance, bar adjacent was a perfect wrap up to our beach day. Wish they had a neat option thar wasn't pork??
