Scam, I ordered some flowers and they did not arrive

I had a wonderful experience with this florist shop!!It was my friend's birthday, she lives in NY and I live in Boston. At first I was skeptical because the florist is in New York and I am not a fan of ordering online especially out of state. But my concerns were eased when speaking florist. Yes they have a real phone number that a real person answers, hallelujah ??The florist was able to answer my questions. The website is lovely and easy to navigate and I received an email confirmation. The flowers were delivered on my friend's birthday ? to her front door and she loved them ❤️ She sent me this picture. They were even more beautiful in person than the picture on the website. I highly recommend this business!!

We ordered two arrangements for a funeral, one from our family & one on behalf of my husband’s office. The arrangements were breathtaking. I couldn’t have asked for better.

My Granddaughter went to the Valencia bakery store in Far Rockaway to get a Valencia Puerto Rican cake, Now I been buying these cakes for years I know how they look in the inside and out and they even always come in a Valencia cake box but the one they sold my granddaughter was Not a Valencia cake it was a Dominican cake and in a regular cake box... I was so freaking disappointed, the Valencia cake is soft with pieces of pineapple in the filling and nice creamy sweet frosting, the cake I got was hard, filling was a paste and the frosting was very fluffy didn't like it, plus they told her the price was ($39. Dollars) than when she went to pick it up they charged her ($59. Dollars) which was ($20) dollars more saying oh they made a mistake in the price... Wow, I am Unhappy customer... won't be buying from there anymore...

Please don't patronize this business atleast their far rockaway branch. They will deliver stale cake to you. I don't write reviews about services I received from business but this Valencia flowers is the worst service I have ever experienced.I ordered a cake, without decorations from Valencia flowers in April 2023 to celebrate birthday, and Valencia flowers far Rockaway delivered a bad ( stale ) cake that can not be eaten to me, I called the lady to that attended to me when I went to their far Rockaway office about it and her response was " I mean what am I supposed to do"! Yet I was charged 250 dollars for a cake of 10 people.Everyone that tasted the cake says same that the cake is stale. I end up dumping the cake inside garbage because we couldn't even swallow it.Future customer beware! Go to a better place to order for your cake.I wish I could give the business negative star

Delivered beautiful flowers.

Don't buy anything Valencia from this people. They take advantage and up the prices to their liking. The cake did not taste fresh and I was charged twice the price for an 8" cake that should've been 35. 99. They charged 74.09. After calling to speak to a manager multiple times with no response and according to them no manager on site. I called the main Valencia bakery just to be inform that place is NOT part of the known Valencia bakeries and they are not responsable for what they do but they should follow the same prices as any other Valencia. Raul from the main Valencia bakery was very profesional and handle the situation very well.

Horrible horrible service. Ordered a tres leches cake two weeks ago. When I come to the store to pick up the cake they literally had a piece of a cake topper . Ordered a plain white and gray cake. They wrote on it and added a champagne bottle and a fake glass to the cake.. mind you this was for an 11 year old boy. On top of it all, I still had to pay full price for the cake and in return the lady said to just grab a plain white cake that was sitting in the fridge since I wasn’t satisfied with my order. I had no choice since I was running late for the party. She did not allow me to take the “cake topper” but I paid 65 dollars for a plain white cake.. not even the flavor I wanted. Please do yourself a favor and do not rely or order from these people. I will make sure to tell my family and friends to never order from here. You just lost several customers for lacking customer service.
