Absolutely Mario Italian Restaurant

Here for dinner with family for wifes birthday. Both food snd service were outstanding! Been meaning to get here awhile ago but finally did and well worth it! We definitely be back again.

We heard about AM a few years ago, but have a couple of fav places in 'Pequa, so my bad in not prioritizing a visit to AM. Now that we've been there we will be regular customers. Everything about our visit was outstanding. I hold Italian restaurants to the old fashioned Brooklyn standards -- welcoming [check], ambiance [check], food quality & quantity [check]! The food is distinctive, fresh and each dish boasts a special element. Thanks for having us and a promise (not a threat) -- we will soon be back with the whole fam!

Bartender Diego was great. Food was great. I stopped in for lunch real quick but I'm coming back for a date night I soon as I can.

Amazing The staff and owners are extremely friendly and pleasant The atmosphere wonderful whether you're wearing a suit or jeans but it feels extremely classy prices very very good and once again everybody was off the hook friendly Love it we'll go back many times

We were a group of 10. They gave us a private space. The restaurant was wonderful, the food delicious and plentiful, the service was attentive without being overbearing. Compliments to the chef and the servers. I will be back

My family and I stopped by here on a weekday to eat lunch together. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by staff and accommodated accordingly. The waiters provided us menus and provided their own tips when we questioned them on the best sellers.

We went with the Calamari and fried zucchini for appetizers. Both dishes were served fresh and tasted delicious. For entrees we went with chicken Parm, Pasta, and shrimp. Although the delivery took some time, it was expected as each dish was made fresh. The dishes were well proportioned and the waiter even took the courtesy to pack up our leftover for us to bring home.

Perhaps the most notable aspect of this family owned restaurant is the way you feel welcomed and accepted as family; Especially considering we were of a South Asian Background. The owner himself ( Mario ) came to us personally several times asking us if we needed anything, providing jokes, and making our visit more than just eating food.

If I am in the neighborhood again, I plan to come back. It goes without saying, but I ABSOLUTELY recommend this restaurant !

Very disappointing! When we walked in there was a mold smell and the air conditioning was leaking in front of our table we should of left at that point but we were starving so we decided to stay. A small bug crawled out of my boyfriends salad and there was also one crawling on the table. I showed the waiter and he changed our table. He took the salad off the bill but wow the whole experience was not good. We also had to drink water because the soda was flat. This place used to be good I'm not sure what happened.

Great food .. very diverse menu, make sure to ask what the specials are. They treat you like family. Perfect little restaurant for any occasion or no occasion at all just for going out to dinner. You will not be disappointed!!

This restaurant is next door to White Castle. It has a parking lot and one outdoor seating area, but I don't know if it is only for display. I came here during lunchtime on a weekday and it was not busy. There is a bar area in the middle of the restaurants. In addition, the lunch menu prices are cheaper than the dinners menu prices.
A bread basket with butter was provided to the table. I got the grill salmon, which comes with a side of vegetables and pasta. The server also provided cheese to top off your food. The food was good.

Highly recommend!!! The owner , staff and the food were absolutely amazing. Very comfortable atmosphere and the staff treated us like we were family. My wife had the eggplant rollintini and my son and his wife had the chicken parm and they said it was delicious. I tried the absolutely seafood and its was like I went straight to Heaven because it was incredible. Can’t wait to go back soon.
