Absolutely Mario Italian Restaurant

First time there in 25 years living in the Dale - not sure how I missed it. Visited with a large group last night to enjoy DJ Sal’s karaoke - he is so nice, makes sure all singers get a turn, has an amazing selection of songs on the computer and a near encyclopedic knowledge of music. The restaurant staff couldn’t have been nicer. Bar area and table area were very cozy and inviting. Loved the “Absolutely MARIA” sign on the ladies’ room door. Hope Sal will be back for more Friday karaoke nights!

Our 1st time at your restaurant and it will not be our last! Food and service were wonderful. But the icing on the cake was your DJ!!! OMG - having him there made the night perfect! I was with the large group on the back left of the main room. There were 17 of us at the table and many more at the bar - like 30 of us. If you have this DJ monthly, I can guarantee our Rock Voice choir will be there - with many more of us! Plus, I live local and we plan for this to be our new favorite Italian place!

Absolutely Marios was one of our go-to dining establishments for the excellent meals and service they provided. However, while celebrating Valentine's Day dinner, we were quite disappointed. My fiance ordrerd the dish she always orders, the salmon. When we received our meals, she noticed that the salmon had an odor and tasted fishy which typically means it was not fresh. We regret not sending it back, but since they were so busy that night and seemed understaffed, we refrained from bringing it to the attention of our waiter. We never had this problem before and were very disappointed, especially after paying $36 for this dish alone. Unfortunately, we are now very reluctant to dine there again.

Like, where has this place been all my life? If you miss the wood paneling and fireplaces of the ‘70s but want the crazy good food of today, this place is for you. My mouth and my tummy are so happy. Garlic, heat, SEAFOOD, and succulent red sauce. The grilled octopus had roasted red pepper and a symphony of veggies. Scrumptious. Everyone is a regular and seems to know Mario and vice versa. Come every month and work your way through the menu.

Such a great restaurant and such a great atmosphere. Came here on Valentine’s Day and they had an accordion player going around. Everyone was so nice, and food was amazing

Went here on Valentine’s Day, it was fabulous. Mario himself helped us get seated, there was a man with an accordion walking and singing, and the food was great.

We came out on Valentines Day with a reservation and everything was excellent. The food was great, we ordered the baked clams to start, then seafood risotto and the stuffed pork chop as our entrees. And chocolate lava cake for dessert! Everything was excellent and the service was quick and very good. Diego was our server and he was great! Will be coming back to try more of their food!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous meal for Valentine’s Day. The food was outstanding and the service was wonderful. I would absolutely come back again!
