The girl at the drive through is just rude and doesn't look like she wants to be there. I say hello, thank you, bye and I get no response ever. And then she doesn't even throw in your famous Arby's sauce. Just ketchup. Why not ask what I want? She just has a resting b face and attitude. I didn't catch her name but she works the drive through window.
This is not the only time. It happens every time I go for lunch as I work near by.

Workers keep the place clean, parking lot is a little small for my work van, which is my only negative thing to say. Food is great! I normally get the Ruben or one of their chicken sandwiches, curly fries and bronco sauce you gotta try!!!

The last time I had Arby's was probably 8-9 years ago when they had some sort of Pork belly sandwich (which was amazing btw). Regardless, I stopped by this location on 110 after hearing about their steak nuggets and being curious about how their other signature items tasted. I got their half pound sandwich of roast beef and cheddar, some curly fries and some steak nuggets. The steak nuggets themselves were just okay, they tasted like beef jerky in cubed form. The curly fries were actually quite good, not the hottest/freshest they could've been but certainly not the worst. As for the big dog, the legend, the half pound roast beef sandwich. Well I thought it was okay. My picture doesn't do the sandwich justice but true to the name, the sandwich was LOADED with roast beef. Taste wise, it was okay to me, definitely not as good as that porkbelly sandwich I had years ago but not the worst. If you guys are wondering, I did not in fact get diarrhea after eating from this establishment. People make jokes about Arby's and bowel movements but I can safely report that my body handled the food well 24 hours later. With the food being decent, the prices being okay and the drive through being quick, I'll give this place 4 clogged arteries out of 5.
P.S. If a higher up from Arby's ever reads this, you really should bring back that pork belly sandwich.

Soda machine wasn't working I'll change it when they fix it
I got the chili mocha milkshake and it taste like it has 100 g of sugar in it. It’s very disgusting. I took five sips and now I have to throw it in the garbage and I am someone who likes to go out to eat desserts and pastries and this is by far the most disgustingly, sweet dessert that I ever had in my whole life

Ordered roast beef combo. Arby's does not have mustard packets. Can't eat roast beef w/o mustard!! Had to rummage my office for 1 measly packet! Also, when I got to the fries, they tasted stale! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I went there with the expectation of being able to use the coupon that they have in the digital version in the Flip N Save coupon book. I was working in the area so I printed out a coupon to use there, but THEY DO NOT ACCEPT printed coupons nor will they accept showing the coupon on the phone so why do they advertise in a digital platform if they will only accept the original coupon. I was able to use a coupon in the app so thank you for that. The food was OK.
