The supervisor needs to go ! He has no customer service skills at all. He is extremely rude. When he is not there you can notice the difference. Will be canceling my membership and going to cosco. Bjs needs to hire better people with actual skills. Will be calling there central and reporting him.

Improve customer service for online purchases. I purchased an item and when I went to pick it up I was told I would have to wait on a line that was at least an hour long at Farmingdale NY. Every other place that I purchase online it either they come out with the product or they have a dedicated express line for it. I am looking to limit my exposure right now and did not want to wait for delivery.Then when I tried to contact them I waited over an hour just to get help. This shows total disregard for their customers

If your looking 2 get in & out of the deli counter w/ their good discounted cold cuts- go somewhere else. It's the let's try to work as slow as we can so customers get fed up and leave mentality. Sad
