Terrible location. They sell broken furniture. Avoid buying anything at this location. I bought a wine console and unboxed it to find it had broken pieces. Bj's customer service at the store and on the phone is useless. I provided picture evidence, but they needed to have the item in store to see the damage. Like i can just carry in a 200 pound console and put it on the counter. Do what i did and immediately cancel your membership and join the costco down the street. Better customer service. Better products.

One of the worst places to shop. Every person there is rude and nasty and very unhelpful. Lines are extremely slow. Cashiers are slow and rude. Customer service is just as bad. Don't even think of asking customer service a question, they will talk down to you. Nice they have a deli counter but you will stand on that line for 30 minutes or more. Never enough workers and move like snails NEVER will sign up with them again. Costco is the way to go. Fast, ,courteous, and way better items.

I placed an order to be picked up of all Christmas toys and shortly after received a text saying my order was picked up. I called customer service immediately and the phone just rang and rang. After an hour of trying someone picks up the phone and tells me the order was processed by accident to come and get it. So I go get it, and shocker, my order is no where to be found. So my order was given to someone else! After wasting my time going there, I try to call customer service and again .... Just rings and rings. After two hours a woman gets on and says don't hang up I'm getting the manager. I wait 30 min for the manager and then someone hangs up on me!! What type of customer service is this? I'm apalled that $85 worth of items were just given away and no one can even answer the phone. What about asking for ID unless a worker within just took my toys??

This bjs in Farmingdale is the best! People are courteous and helpful! My husband lost his wallet there it was returned and money was still in wallet! They were awesome saving it until we picked up! We are truly grateful for thier help!

The manager here is horrendous. I believe her name was Kim. My mother purchased a speciality olive oil, when we went to use it. The seal was broken and someone had opened it in store. When we went to this location to exchange it, due to the product being damaged and unsafe during a pandemic. the manager told us the policy is to not accept returns " how did I know you did not open it?" Why would I open an olive oil, not use any of it. And exchange it for the same exact product? This is the last straw for us due to the management being unacceptable at this specific location and we'll be becoming Costco members in 2021.

Supervisor Kim extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Refused to help with an error in coupons and stated "it's your own fault too bad". Unwilling to listen to the situation or attempt to fix it. Supervisor Kim as amongst other customer service employees are continuing to ruin the shopping experience.

The supervisor needs to go ! He has no customer service skills at all. He is extremely rude. When he is not there you can notice the difference. Will be canceling my membership and going to cosco. Bjs needs to hire better people with actual skills. Will be calling there central and reporting him.

Shopping during the pandemic. The visit went kind of smooth. I just disagree with them checking for cards upon entry this creates a line and due to this people come in closer contact than needed with each other. I was just at the BJs in Coney Island a few days ago and they was not checking cards upon entry which made the entry process a little smoother and safer. The store was not as full as usual. It was an easy and stress-free navigation throughout the aisles. Also had a stress-free check out. Lines was short and quick. It was great to see employees actively sanitizing and wearing their PPE. Good shopping experience.

On April 30, 2020 I made 2 online purchases consisting of a dining set and bedroom set totaling $1629.35 a savings of $2,200.00 and received a email confirmation of purchase. Approximately a week later, BJs emailed me stating the my order was canceled. After making numerous attempts and being placed on hold for hours at a time by bjs customer service, I was refered to the resolution department. I was called and emailed by both Amber Snider and Morgan Richard who both claimed the merchandise was out of stock. Ethical question? If ordered merchandise was in fact out of stock, How would I have received a confirmation email of sale? As they both gave me the run around for over six weeks and I discovered that the bedroom set was in fact in stock at the manufacturer they only offered a gift card and refused to provide advertised savings or offer same percentage off similar merchandise. I requested the CEO of BJS be made aware of this issue/concern and Morgan Richards reply was" All his emails come through me. Again, BJS has mislead, and deceived customers due to their unethical sales advertising. Neither Costco wholesale club nor any other reputable corporation would have had unethical, misleading, and deceptive sales tactics. Therefore, I decided to purchase my furniture from Costco wholesale club,a much higher standard club for the wise and educated consumer.BJS online corporation/ resolution department are not worthy of earning 1 star, as they are definitely below standards.
