Went in for brunch with my husband and another couple. There were literally only three other tables occupied. Our cocktails were very good, but were brought out piecemeal. It would've been nice if we all had our drinks at the same time. We ordered appetizers, boneless wings and spinach and artichoke dip that were both mediocre. We specifically asked when we ordered the appetizers that there was ample time between getting the appetizers and getting our meal and of course that did not happen. We didn't have our appetizers for more than two minutes went out, came our meals. We told them to take it back to which the waitress told us that they were just going to sit in the back and we told them then we would not be paying for our meal. She wound up accommodating us. My burger was very good, cooked the way I wanted it, medium rare. Although there were only other three other occupied tables, our waiter never came over to check on us or to refill our water which we had to ask for multiple times. We did sit in the front in open air, which was very nice. We live in Farmingdale so we've been there several times and I will probably go back because the burgers are good, but they need to really improve the service. Honestly, the burgers are just as good at The Villager down the block so I definitely will think twice before going back.

We were a big group, of both kids and adults shared a couple appetizers, had entrees and shakes. Food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Our waiter was awful though, missing drinks, did not check on us once to see if we needed anything when our food came out, my 10 year old flagged down another waiter to get a water and extra napkins. When we asked for our check, the waiter then went on to make drinks for other tables and disappeared in the kitchen. One of us had to go up to the bar to ask again for the check. We had a good time because it was trivia night, which we didn't know, but was a happy accident. However, the service really put a damper on things. Especially when it hit 8:30 and we had tired kiddos, while we waited for the check.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. The burgers were outstanding - perfectly cooked, not greasy. Fries were crisp and delicious! LOVED my smoked old fashioned and all the fan fare that went along with it. Really attentive and very nice staff. Great date night!

Been here a few times and really could not take the music level. It used to be so loud you couldn't have a conversation at the table. This time the music level was normal. You could have a conversation at the table and you could think normally. Keep it like this and I'd come back. To loud, I will leave. thanks

Host was a little lost , she looked at us and didn’t know what to do , she was talking to the other staff at the bar while customers waiting at the door ! Waitress did better but overall not the best experience. Burgers were ok , 1 dessert can feed 4 people easy !
