We went early on a weeknight, so it was quiet. Excellent margaritas. Shrimp tacos were great. I am not able to handle spice so I ordered the Pollo Relleno (stuffed chicken, like Cordon Bleu) So absolutely delicious.

Table side guac was excellent! I had the steak skewers and the steak was like leather. Also took a very long time to get our food and the restaurant was empty. Unfortunately won't be back.

Outstanding. Authentic Mexican cuisine. This is NOT Taco Bell. Their service and staff are wonderful and very attentive. The food- to die for. The location is perfect as it is at the end of a very busy Main St and Restaurant Row, so parking is a bit better. Expect to be there 1-2 hours according to how busy they are. Reservations are not necessary but highly recommended for weekend nights.

Haven't been back to Kara Kara in a while and now I regret it. Menu was different, but the choices were awesome. We were set promptly in the server came over right away to take our drink order. They also brought chips and salsa and water right away. We ordered our mains, including the empanada of the day, which was awesome. Came with a chipotle dipping sauce that was off the charts. For dinner I got the. Budin Puerco and it was delicious. My wife got the pollo rellenos it too was amazing. Food came out quick. Our server was attentive. Highly recommend.

Went there for a birthday party for the first time and everything was spectacular. The bartenders Sofia and Kat really set us up with great drinks and they have a great happy hour special. We sat down for dinner and Juan our waiter was exceptional as was the food and service. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We will try the Northport location next.

The appetizer and skillet were extremely small portions for the amount they charged. Although the main entree was very good. Couldn't take advantage of the tabletop Guac since they said we were outside. Overall it was ok, but won't miss it if I never went back. It definitely isn't authentic Mexican food, I could probably go to Margarita Cafe twice for what they charged. I don't mind paying for good food, but portion sizes on appetizers and skillets were ridiculous.

Haven't been here in about 5 years since we moved out of the area. Was kind of disappointed. Food was good but, dare I say the bus boys were too efficient? Our food came out lightening fast but my friend was literally still eating - fork in hand, chewing and they came and took her food away. Our waiter was MIA but the bus boys were plenty. I don't think I'll make another 40 minute trip to go back any time soon.

Table Guacamole very good.Have been here several times and food was good not this time.Food took way too long considering was empty and when it did arrive looked like it was sitting back there for a while.Steak under cooked no steak knife not once did anyone ask how our food was,I assume they knew.There are a lot of other Mexican restaurants around now that are better and probably cheaper.Clean the air vents and pay attention to customers instead of having drinks at the bar and never wipe your nose on your shirt and if you do do it in the back. Nothing like it was in the past.
