Absolutely loved their food. I don’t know if the sauce is home made or not but so good! We got the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders both were amazing ! The shakes were a great consistency and tasted amazing: Much better than chick fil a in my opinion! The service was great they hand delivered the shakes and our meal . Clean environment and excellent service and atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back.

THE BISOU EXPERIENCE
I’m a local business located a few blocks away I visited them on their first day and now have been there about 10
I like the food I get the exact same thing grilled chicken, fries and a chocolate shake with honey mustard I’ve also tried the lemonade
The food is consistent the staff are eager and learning
Service is a bit slow but that is part of being brand new with new staff
They really are in there trying
I go to the Farmingdale location
Very clean
I’ve had no issues with fries and I have been there late at night
I will say you can give a bit more fries
Other than that I will continue to go

This place is just as good as PDQ which was the previous chicken restaurant with this chicken tender they have more options now with chicken and I give them a 5 out of 5 they are also very quick and serve great service when needed also the drive-thru is very quick as well

Great crispy chicken salad and fries! The salad includes cucumber, boiled egg, avocado and bacon. Yum!
Chicken is juicy and tender just like before but with crispier coating. Only problem was both coke freestyle machines were out of alot selections. Ill will be back.

LOST A CUSTOMER FOR SURE, ORDERED ONLINE VIA MANY MARKETING EMAILS, ALSO REGISTERED FOR FREE SHAKE, BUT THE CODE DID NOT WORK NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES TRIED. I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO COME IN, DIDNT SAY THAT ANYWHERE, SO I PARKED 100 FEET AWAY, WALKED IN TOLD THE SERVER I WAS THERE TO PICK UP AN ORDER, GASVE HIM MY NAME, HE WALKED UP TO THE DRIVE IN WINDOW AND THERE WAS MY BAG. HMMMM. GET BACK TO MY OFFICE, ORDERED A SALAD WITH DRESSING ON THE SIDE, THE SALAD WAS PLENTIFUL, BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ME A CAPSULE OF DRESSING. dONT WANT TO GO BACK, FAR RIDE SO i DUNKED WHAT i COULD AND THREW OUT THE REST. The food is amazing don’t get me wroung, had to wait almost 30 mins with back and forth asking where our food was and was missing most of our food and had to keep reminding them of the order. I think the music was way to loud they can’t hear and it also doesn’t help the young man on register talked so low

So I didn't even finish the meal. I went through drive through and ordered tenders and fries. I asked for a Dr. Brown cream soda and they only had diet so I asked for a coke fountain drink. Get home there is no crunch to the tenders and I could tell that if I ate it I would not be OK eg in the bathroom. The fountain soda was awful. The balance just didn't taste right.
I was never told the total for my order. I was never provided a receipt.
I'm never coming here again.

While some people are being a little dramatic about the differences, it's true that the change to Chick n Tender was not a positive one. Food is fine, but I'm still not sure why change something that seemed to be working. Service time and no more waffle fries are the biggest issues in my book. PDQ used to be lightning fast and still had great quality food. Now you gotta wait. I'm pretty sure they are making the food to order, which is great, but go back to the way PDQ did it. They had the formula down perfectly.
