They're shrinking the amount of chicken they give you in their chicken salad. And when I ordered my order through Uber eats today I ordered an extra filet of chicken which they did not give me, they didn't give me any salad dressing and they added items to my salad that I requested be removed

I have never wrote a review about an employee before, but I had to this time. There is a woman named Lana there. She makes this chicfila feel like a top tier resturant. She walks around with a smile asking everyone if they need anything. Getting people sauces etc, constantly cleaning tables. It did not feel like I was in a fast food resturant. This woman needs a big raise. I dont know what she's making now, but im sure it is not enough for her work output.

jacalyn is a wonderful hostess server she made sure that me and my friend and dverything we needed to enjoy our meal she is a real asset for your company
As per my grand children’s request, I have taken them to Chick-fil-A Hicksville, LI location a few times. Recently we went on a Monday for lunch. They (4 & 6 years old) knew exactly what to order from the kids meal. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, the services were efficient and welcoming! We ate everything in no time. They then played at the kids indoor playground. I am sure this restaurant will continue to be my top go to place to save the day as a grandma 😊

I calledd before placing an online order to confirm options for a friend with a gluten allergy. The manager who answered was exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive. Our food arrived perfectly organized in separate bags such thoughtful attention to detail!!!
