I was calling to order my delivery and then they just hung up on me in the middle of my ordering like they had something better to do than me ordering my food and I have five kids and I am literally starving right now. Unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Parking: Such a nice large lot with lots of parking and the drive thru is at the back so any line isn't on the way of the thru traffic
Been going to chick-fil-a for years and I must say this is one of the best locations hands down! Excellent customer service, Fresh food, and speedy service. For the quality of service, I have no complaints. Like who doesn’t want to be greeted with a friendly gesture and a smiley face? Come on chick-fil-a, you’ve got the blueprint that the others don’t have!

We order breakfast 2-3 times a month for takeout. Obviously we enjoy their breakfast, but the last two weeks have been quite a disappointment. Last weekend there was hardly any bacon on the sandwiches, and this morning the eggs were disgusting, soggy, and runny. If this were our first time having breakfast here, it would definitely be our last. Don't know what's going on, but hopefully things improve or we will stop being customers.

today was my first time having chick fil a i was shocked with the customer service, i met naldoven and he was amazing, he took my order and he even gave my kids a cows, they went above and beyond my expectations and everything came out perfect, i can't wait to come back again!

Fastest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, drive-thru staff is always great and on point, Food is always hot and fresh, only issue is that they're seasonal drinks are only sold in the small size, wish they came in all the sizes.
I must say I haven't been to a chick-fil -a in a while, but this definitely made my overall experience at this location worth coming back. Yes, it was a weekday, but still, it was a nice experience.Thank you, and keep up the great work everyone.

The place is seemingly well maintained and organized. The issue was the food. Having had a great experience in the Westbury store I found the food in the Farmingdale store luke warm with a stale bun. Enough said.
