Cant pay for to go orders in person when placing an order through the website or the app. The to-go workers have no idea how their job works and just lie to get you off the phone.

The chicken bacon quesadilla plate was tasty, wife's bacon cheeseburger was prepare good. The atmosphere condition in there cause the food to go cool quick which puts a damper on enjoying the meal.

I had not been to Chili's in several years. I was enticed by their latest 3 for Me commercial. The hamburger in the commercial looks so, so good and that is what I ordered. The hamburger did not disappoint. I had the hamburger with the side salad and the strawberry ice tea. I also had the $10 frozen margarita The entire meal was delicious. My family accompanied me to . lunch and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals also. We gave the entire experience at Chili's a high five. Our server Matt was outstanding. To top it all off, I joined the Chili's reward program and received a bag of chips and salsa to go. I can't wait to go back to Chili's. I plan to go often.

I came here to order lunch to go. I used the 3 For Me Deal, where all the meals include a beverage and a starter. I got the limited time big smasher burger with fries and a side salad for $10.99 (without tax). The food was ok, I expected the food to be warmer since I waited to be made at the establishment.
As far as service, it was okay. The person who took my order did not ask how I would like my burger. I thought that was a little odd since I was in a restaurant, not a fast food establishment.
The restaurant is located on a shopping strip. There is a regular and a To Go entrance. In addition, there is a bar area located in the center of the restaurants. I did not see any outdoor seating, but there is some nice greenery around the establishment.
