We almost always place mobile orders because they are meant to make things easier for both customers and staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
After arriving at the drive through, it took about 15 minutes to receive a very simple order consisting of two drinks and breakfast items. The order was printed, yet there was still confusion. We were initially given the wrong order, and even after explaining that this was a mobile order, everything was handed out one item at a time. The drinks were given without a tray, which made the process slower and more disorganized than it should have been.
Another consistent issue is drink consistency. The drinks are rarely made the same way. Sometimes they are too sweet and other times too light. For a chain like Dunkin consistency should be expected every time.
This review is meant for management, not individual employees. Better organization, training, and consistency would greatly improve the experience.

They can never get my coffee order right. And I order just 1 drink so I think it’s just laziness. Something’s always missing. They don’t add cold foam or the whip cream when it’s included in your order. It’s ridiculous man.

This is my third time ordering from this Dunkin, and they always forget to add the cold foam or whipped cream, which is an additional 70 cents. It’s getting ridiculous now. It’s not that hard I used to work at Dunkin. It’s just laziness.

Very very good donuts! We were in shock on how good BEC was. Also great proportion for coffee. Hash browns tasted old. Also got some free munchkins for waiting long

On Sunday, after purchasing donuts for our children at the 2109 Broadhollow Road location in Farmingdale NY my husband used the restroom and unfortunately lost his wedding band. Earlier this morning, he visited again to inquire about the ring while in the drive-through line getting his morning coffee. He politely asked the employee if anyone had turned it in. When she said no, he asked if he could leave his phone number in case it was found or if another staff member had received it. Instead of offering any assistance, the employee refused, said no, and shut the window in his face. This response was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. A more courteous approach would have been to take down his number and assure him that someone would follow up. We are very disappointed and disgusted by the treatment he received, especially since we regularly choose to drive from Babylon specifically to this Farmingdale location for Dunkin’.
Such a rude and horrible experience. We went there around 4:30PM on 09/05 and waited about 5-7 minutes at the menu just to order. Once me and my wife tried to order the lady sounded disgruntled and was talking real fast and angrily. My wife began to stutter in response to the offputting woman and then she began to laugh at her and we heard others in the background laughing as well. She was embarrassed and asked to order with someone else. The guy started taking the order while laughing as well. When we asked what they were laughing at they had removed the order from the screen and went silent so we just had to leave. Corporate or the store manager should really look into who was working around this time or day, because customers should not have to fear being mocked or made fun of while trying to simply place an order. Never go to this location, save yourself the time and embarrassment.

Two separate times I’ve went there, my drinks were not covered properly and subsequently spilled all over myself and the interior of my car. And yes, I was careful I only shook it lightly. Also their donuts, muffins, and bagels always taste stale. Can’t forget to mention the hair I’ve had in my food a handful of time. To be honest, I never leave reviews, but their service, quality, and management there is grotesque and this Dunkin should be avoided at all costs. There’s other ones in the area that are much better. That’s all thank you for your time :)

They never seem to know what they are doing but have a huge attitude when they are doing it … repeated my order several times cause the girl on the drive thru didn’t seem to understand us and a man came over the speaker yelling at me that they understood only to get my order and shocker it was messed up!!! Pull back in and had to argue to get my order fixed .
