Worst service everytime either coffee is cold or different t flavor to what I order. I have the app and I usually get free items, some lady said no i couldn't very weird. Definitely not going back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. One of the employees accidentally broke my phone, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, the store manager was extremely rude. Rather than valuing me as a regular customer, she taunted me about my broken phone and showed no concern for the situation. I expected much better customer service from Dunkin'.

I previously wrote a good review. I take it all back. I get the whole language barrier thing but if you can't make a simple cup of coffee or breakfast sandwich that's an issue. My coffee was pure sugar this morning. Absolutely disgusting. And didn't notice it until I got to work. Management really needs to get on that.... adding to this review... ordered a sandwich got just a empty bagel.really.

I stop here on the way to work sometimes and never have a problem but twice in a row i ordered something and it was wrong i only spoke up the second time. When i called i spoke to Oscar who apologized and said they will replace my order!!! Thanks Oscar! And DD! It means a lot to me! Great customer service!!!!
