This location only has drive thru it seems. Placed order in the app. It was ready when we got to the window. Girl at window was nice, but the products we bought were stale. I could tell as soon as I picked it up. Chocolate frosted doughnut with sprinkles is what I ordered and it was dry. Husband's coffee roll was also dry and small. Seems this location doesn't get a lot of traffic. Doubt I'll be returning to this spot.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered in the drive thru a cookie dough frozen coffee. The guy made it with no whipped cream, no drizzle, nothing on top, when I asked him he said that I was looking at the wrong picture. If They not out of stock they give you the ugliest donuts or they make the orders wrong and give the guest an attitude. It’s always something with them. It’s the only one around with drive thru that’s why I was a customer but not anymore.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive through even though there was no in line. Waited another 8 minutes for a small store coffee. Disgusting never again with this location.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts , ordered a caramel late. There was no caramel in it and u can tell the machines are dirty just by the taste of the espresso. Do not recommend.

They provide poor service. I've been there twice and they've kept me waiting even though I ordered it from the app. Today I ordered an iced cappuccino and they charged me $6 dollars and sent me just milk with ice. I don't recommend this place.

I literally order from here, for the office multiple times a week. They never have my order right, they never have anything in stock. They were out of brown sugar one day this week, I just ordered a dozen donuts, 4 out of the 12 were correct. I ordered a box of Joe, they didn’t include milk, and the donuts are stale!!! This place needs to get it together

Worst Dunkin of all time. They always have an issue where they can’t make hot coffee. Doughnuts are stale, and they never get your order right the first time because they’re always talking to each other . Take the trip to Broadhollow. I officially give up on them

Wrong order. You pay extra for oat milk and they may as well give you a drop of milk if you’re lucky. Had to ask for my coffee lighter and she brings it back just as dark (almost black) as when she initially brought it to me. Not to mention there’s no hazelnut shot in it like I ordered. I rarely go to this Dunkin’ Donuts for reasons like this.

Ive been here a few times and a wonderful young woman named Joe was so kind and even remembered my name. She is very sweet and works very hard, very kind and has great interpersonal skills. Literally the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Staff is slow in every sense of the word. They get simple orders wrong and move absurdly slow. Avoid at all costs

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. One of the employees accidentally broke my phone, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, the store manager was extremely rude. Rather than valuing me as a regular customer, she taunted me about my broken phone and showed no concern for the situation. I expected much better customer service from Dunkin'.
