Dunkin’ coffee is my favourite ever, because I drink Dunkin coffee every single day without fail and this is my worst experience of pumpkin spice latte. This is the worst it’s a garbage. I never drank like this pumpkin spice ever in my life and it is very worst and the quantity of the medium cup is not good. It was half of the cup. I don’t know what’s happening in that store and the staff were not. You know that much professionals in doing this type of things I don’t know because I never gave any review for Dunkin coffee because that is my favourite ever, but this is the first time I’m giving a review on Dunkin’, especially this store. I hate, and I never go again to the store in my life again. And I never said to add vanilla shot and I never said to add cinnamon shot and I never said to add caramel drizzle. What’s going on? Who is the manager over here? You have to take care of your staff. This is the worst experience I have faced from Dunkin’.

I love the fact that DD is open 24/7 with a drive through. My favorite drink that I cannot live without is their energizer half cherry half peach which keeps me awake at any time of the day or night.

Unexceptional service! No worker cares there and ONLY pays attention to the DRIVE THRU! Wouldn't go back again after ordering ONLINE and wait 20 minutes! I'm upset with how my drick tasted! Payed $20 for me to be treated like an asshole! They don't stir the drink and the donuts are STALE! I expected better service!

This location is consistent on poor quality & long wait times. If I told you this was 3 scoops with hot fudge and Caramel is far from the intended goal. Hot fudge is blocky and frozen, you got to be kidding. Knowing the wait time I could’ve drove to another location or the employees could see the incentive to make sure the products are working. Last time going to this location been trying to give this place a chance out of convenience for proximity to home

Ever since the renovation this location has been top tier ! The staff and management are beyond attentive and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is actually nice unlike other Dunkin’ locations. Thank you for making my pre class coffee consistently amazing.

Good corner location. Drive-thru. Service sometimes slow, yet friendly. Busy area. Found long piece of hair in the ice cream tubs. Also, was given ham/ cheese croissant that was cold-borderline frozen inside. See photos.

Was there today. Spanish guy at the window was so rude and honestly borderline being disrespectful. He was rushing us the moment we pulled up to the window. As my grandma gathered her cash he said “you can use your card” because he thought my grandma was moving too “slow”. He said have a great day about 5 or 6 times in a span of 20 seconds, again trying to get us to leave before she was even able to put her seatbelt on. He also tried to lie and say they didn't have forks when I asked for one because to him that would’ve taken too long to retrieve one for me. Never coming back. Also the drink sucked.
