This location is consistent on poor quality & long wait times. If I told you this was 3 scoops with hot fudge and Caramel is far from the intended goal. Hot fudge is blocky and frozen, you got to be kidding. Knowing the wait time I could’ve drove to another location or the employees could see the incentive to make sure the products are working.
Last time going to this location been trying to give this place a chance out of convenience for proximity to home
Ever since the renovation this location has been top tier ! The staff and management are beyond attentive and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is actually nice unlike other Dunkin’ locations. Thank you for making my pre class coffee consistently amazing.
Never buying ice cream here, their scoops are very small, charge ALOT !

This drive-thru is so fast! Always accurate &have everything ready after I order ahead. Sometimes I worry I got there too soon after my order but even when they’re busy, my order’s always ready!
Good corner location. Drive-thru. Service sometimes slow, yet friendly. Busy area. Found long piece of hair in the ice cream tubs. Also, was given ham/ cheese croissant that was cold-borderline frozen inside. See photos.
Was there today. Spanish guy at the window was so rude and honestly borderline being disrespectful. He was rushing us the moment we pulled up to the window. As my grandma gathered her cash he said “you can use your card” because he thought my grandma was moving too “slow”. He said have a great day about 5 or 6 times in a span of 20 seconds, again trying to get us to leave before she was even able to put her seatbelt on. He also tried to lie and say they didn't have forks when I asked for one because to him that would’ve taken too long to retrieve one for me. Never coming back. Also the drink sucked.
Best location by far. I'm super happy the fact this location is 24/7. Over night employee Carlos is amazing. Always nice and greats everyone with smiles. Makes getting food and coffee in the morning THAT much better. Highly recommend this location. Was also recently renovated so it's super clean! Great food quality and taste is fantastic! Thank you Carlos!!
This was a go to DD for me, not any more. Use to purchase a lot for the college meetings and functions, last night I had a terrible experience with the employee. Definitely not returning and will let friends, families, colleagues not to stop in.
Dennis and the rest of the staff were pro’s with the drive-thru. Four cars in front of us were gone in one minute. Smooth operation. Dennis sounds like he should be doing radio or pod casting instead of working in a drive-thru. Great energy from him, made our Dunkin experience great. 👍👍

Ordered pick up from this location. Our large coffees were only 75% of the way filled (picture included before even taking a sip!), bagel not toasted as instructed. Would not go back to this location again

I placed a mobile order this morning When I got there at 6:15 AM I noticed that there was A lot of cars in the drive throw.I quickly got off the line.Got out of my car and of course the doors were closed I had to join the line again and wait while everybody ordered when I got to the window almost 15 mins later and I explain to them to that I was now late for work. Not that it was her problem but she simply smirked at me What is the sense of someone doing a mobile order?If they can't even enter the establishment to grab their order very disappointing I'm not complaining about the food or drink because it was perfect.It was just how they operate mobile ordering
