I was at the front doors at 6:00 AM this morning and they were all locked. I knocked at the window and the guys at the drive thru window looked at me but did not come to open the door. I did not have a car so I could not go thru the drive-thru. They are supposed to be open 24 hours and I have been there in the past to get buy something this early and they were open then.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and didn't get the sausage. Talked about this with others about it. The said that it's not unusual for this Dunkin to mess up an order. I did suggest they do talk to manager about it, because they don't know they can't fix it. Me?? I'm visiting from overseas. The coffee was fantastic.

I have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts or and the managers are very nice. The workers are very nice and one or two occasions they have made a mistake on my drink and the manager got right onto it. He fixed it right away.

It show that it is opened for 24 hr we went there at 4:50 in morning there was a guy but the door were not opened soo we tryed by calling on the servies number and it also don't work
I Didn’t get everything in my order, when I called the phone number doesn’t work so who do you complain too?! Not to mention one of the girls was nasty and she wasn’t even the one taking care of me. I absolutely hated this Dunkin. The worst place I’ve ever been. This establishment always smells like marijuana, I have witnessed the workers pick up bags from the dirty floor, and put food in them to serve to their customers. The espresso machines are dirty and a man named Thomas told one of the workers “It’s fine nobody will know what was in it before” when a worker was going to clean it after use. The workers are extremely rude and I find it extremely disgusting how dirty the floors are, it looks like the establishment has never been cleaned. Thomas, whom im assuming is the manager, served me caffeine instead of decaf when I asked him to remake it multiple times, and the milk in the coffee tasted old and spoiled. It felt as if I were being poisoned. I would never return back to this place and I don’t suggest anybody should.

Its a nice shop, clean, staff were nice, but with dunkin its always a hit or miss, coffee doesnt taste the same in different stores ?
