Service is slow and many times you aren't acknowledged. The floor behind the counter always looks dirty and messy. They do pretty well with making the drinks but not good with making the food items. This place used to be good a few years ago and my go to DD when I moved here, but quality has gone down through the years.

I've been going on and off to this location for well over 4 years now and recently have been going more frequently due to my work schedule and location. Although I always mobile order, the staff in the morning is great (especially Liz, Ruby and another young women who's name I unfortunately can't remember - tall, long dark hair and dark-ish skin tone), coffee is always made perfect, food is hot and it's always ready when I get there no matter how busy they are.

Tuesday late afternoon. Stood there for awhile before finally being acknowledged. Worker was intently focused on cleaning drink machine. Place was cute, with a small donut themed coffee table and sofa area. Excellent strip- mall location.

This place I’ve gone a few times and I have to say I am completely disappointed. Everytime I come here either the service is extremely slow or the 2 boys look like they are high off their minds. Who the hell cleans the espresso machine in the middle of the day? On multiple occasions I have ordered my order 10 min prior to going in through the app and each time I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. My daughter wanted a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Instead of cold foam, they put just WHIP CREAM. Terrible. Management needs to be involved. These 2 boys should not be left alone in shop. They are god awful.
