This place I’ve gone a few times and I have to say I am completely disappointed. Everytime I come here either the service is extremely slow or the 2 boys look like they are high off their minds. Who the hell cleans the espresso machine in the middle of the day? On multiple occasions I have ordered my order 10 min prior to going in through the app and each time I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. My daughter wanted a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Instead of cold foam, they put just WHIP CREAM. Terrible. Management needs to be involved. These 2 boys should not be left alone in shop. They are god awful.

I came here for a matcha latte as the other Dunkin’ I stopped at on the way wasn’t fresh tasting. And the lady who helped me made my matcha latte really good and it’s much different than the previous one I got. Thankyou :)

bagel was burnt to a crisp and didnt open it until i got all the way home. real nice. place is inconsistent and seems to always make some sort of mistake. at least i was able to eat the top half because the whole bottom was basically ash

The service was absolutely horrendous. Not one of the employees could keep their head out of their phone while they were helping people myself included. It took twice as long to get a few cups of coffee than it should have because everybody was so consumed with their social media.
