The girl working made most of my tea with milk; the price was very expensive, about 15 dollars. Then it was 40 degrees outside, and she opened the back door, and the whole place was freezing. I politely asked if I could close the door, and she said it was hot where they were making the coffee and they needed to leave it open. Was not happy with the service, and it is rude to customers to make them sit in the cold.

I ordered an iced caramel latte bucket for $14, but unfortunately the drink wasn’t prepared well. The milk tasted spoiled and the caramel had hardened, so I couldn’t drink most of it. When I kindly asked for it to be remade for a lesser size than what was left , I was disappointed that I was asked to pay for a second drink.

Came here after bad experience at Georgios, thank you for saving my morning. Flux has always been a staple on Long Island I’m usually here every day but I moved and they have really good biscuits too lol.

If I could I would give them 0. We asked for flat white and cappuccino and she makes 2 lattes for us. Poor service and worst coffee I have ever had!!!
