The coffee company that we have used for over 20 years are just not on top of their game anymore.So Im Shopping for new Coffee Company I came across Galaxie Coffee. I called them and waited a week, I didn't hear from them , I called them back they said that some will get back to me and they never did , so I called Alpine coffee , he call me back right away, the owner came to my restaurant the next day and sized out the machines I need. 5 days after my initial call they came set up the new coffee machines and supplies. In my eyes this is a type of company you need. Remember this, these companies need us , we don't need them , so I have nothing good to say because that was the first impression. And you know how it goes first impression is everything. If Galaxy coffee can't return my call for new customer inquiry, off the bat to me they're unreliable. if I need new product or need something I feel that Galaxies Coffee won't be able to deliver. So Alpine coffee got my business. US Coffeecoffee Co. Is terrible and Galaxy coffee is on the same naughty list . it's appropriate to say cuz it's almost Christmas. Bah humbug Scrooge Coffee Company.
