I just had a great lox sandwich. The bagel was fresh and tasted really good. Customer service was great. The place is very clean too. Highly recommended!

The food is good but they regularly tend to get the orders wrong.
I used to order food from them with my co workers but we stopped because they kept forgetting to add sauces & things like that.
Going to the restaurant afterwards to correct the issue was extremely annoying.
They don’t put ketchup in the bag even if you ask for it ahead of time.

If you dine in I’m sure it’s a different experience but over the phone definitely has proven to suck

They are over charging on drinks. It should not be legal to charge $7 for a bottled drink. Absolute disgrace.

Quality items. Myriad of drink selections, from hot to iced. Suger free iced coffee and tea for healthy ppl. Large variety of bagel flavors. See the airplanes after your snack.

5 stars all around. The best French toast, the best bacon, the best sausage links anywhere in Suffolk. Phil and his amazing team do a great joglb in helping with all your catering needs. Prices are reasonable in our current climate. They offer a variety of deli meats, parfaits, breakfast/lunch specials and a host of delicious ideas for any palate. Pleanty of seating. Open till 4pm daily.

Robin was a big help with my order of freshly prepared salads & cream cheeses . I was able to taste the egg salad , chicken salad and whitefish salad… all super tasty!

The vegetable tuna was not great. I ate the bagel and scooped off the tuna fish.

I order salsa, egg, and cheese bacon in a roll. Let me tell you that’s bacon smell like really really bad. I just eat two bites and that’s it. I hope I don’t get sick. By the way this is the second time I go there and there is a Spanish guy with the glasses. He always wear like a baby blue hat and it’s kinda really mean not friendly at all. The point is is that the system really sucks there because they don’t even know who’s Bagel is this who is or this food is all I know is they go by the name but there was a young lady she called my name and I told that she already have my food when I get there it was only one Bagel and then I asked where is my sausage cheese in roll the same guy take my order. It was pulling a Bagel and then I thought it was mine and I said oh is this one right here you know very nicely. I didn’t say nothing bad and he goes is your name is Brandon and he’s staring at me look at me like what the hell dudecome down the way he talks to me. I didn’t say anything, but I feel like him and the other guy wears a beanie head. They’re really weird anyways is my last day. I’m going there. I’m gonna never come back on Sunday is crowded out there.

The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, the bagels are perfect!

Kathy really helped me out by finding a receipt for me and she was so diligent in looking with the information I gave her. Super helpful staff and the delivery guy that always delivers to my office is super friendly and on point. Great Service.

Good food but disrespectful service. I got helped by a man that spoke Spanish and I spoke Spanish as well. Afterwards he got spoken to an older gentlemen to not speak in Spanish at all. It’s not good to discriminate, the man was only trying to help take an order.
