Honestly i’ve never been so appalled. The girl told me 50 minutes for delivery (we live right up the block) the food didn’t show up for 2 hours after 2 phone calls and the second phone call the girl said the driver was on his way. 25 minutes later it still never showed. So she lied. Told me to come pick it the food up 3 times during the 3 separate phone calls (including the first one) I explained to her 3 times i couldn’t leave that I have a newborn which is why I would wait for the 50 minute delivery. It turned into two hours. When the driver showed up and we opened the food the soups were cold and so was the combination platter. We ordered from here at least once a week and supported them after the cars going into the store multiple times, but now I will never order from them again after this experience. Don’t take orders if you cannot fulfill them within the time frame given, I would have ordered somewhere else if the girl was honest with me the first time and they wouldn’t have lost my business. They also forgot my homemade duck sauce I was charged for. 😡
UPDATE: So 3 months later I gave Great Wall a second chance. I asked if the order would be delivered within the time frame of 45 minutes. It was here in 40. So i ordered an order of spare ribs and two soups. I open the spare ribs and start eating. As I was eating them they smelt like raw bacon. As i began to chew the inside it was undercooked. The outside was burnt. (photo included) Pork undercooked we all know is not good. As i took each rib out of the bag they were all burnt on the outside. I have an auto immune disease and I can end up in the hospital if i eat anything undercooked. Hoping I do not get sick. I am now very very done with this place for good after this.

I've ordered from them several times in the past. Haven't ordered in at least a year, tried them again tonight but it's the same old story, almost a 2 hour wait time after ordering online because they are busy. I understand being busy, I come from a restaurant background, but waiting almost 2 hours for food is a bit excessive. In this day and age of Uber eats and Door Dash you need to be efficient and competitive if you're offering an online platform for delivery. Nice people and good food, just a very long wait time

This was by far the WORST Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. The ribs were dry and absolutely disgusting. The rice had no flavor. The dumplings were terrible with barely any pork in them. 0/10!!!

What a waste of time... 1hour and 45 minutes to deliver... i called at 1 hour 35 mins... and got "we ver-wie busy... we ver-wie busy"... suddenly a broken tooth asian "show" up smiling... deliv-ry... i told him take it back.. and refund... he look scare... after i spoke with an alleged name of Chow... hmm ... Refund!!!
Changed my order from a combo to a large, so no fried rice or eggroll. Had this for delivery and no phone call or anything about my changed order. Went back up there and they only gave me the fried rice and not the eggroll. Going to be ordering from somewhere else from now on.
