I’m sitting here 50 minutes after ordering with no food or updates. Really it shouldn’t take that long to make a grilled cheese and a burger
We drove from Cape Cod just to go to this place. We had a great time. Great food. We plan on a day trip again soon.
Great burger 🍔 inside is awesome
Disappointing, overpriced food, & worse service. You will wait 1hr+ for your order when the restaurant isn’t even busy.
I know this is supposed to be a haunted house, but did the dining experience need to be scary too? Hamburgers are supposed to be their specialty, but they can’t even cook them to the correct temperature. See attached “medium rare” burger picture below.
Our server, Ben, was inattentive and unacceptably slow. 15 minutes to take our drink order. 25 minutes to get those drinks. We sat down at 6 and got our food at 7:15. It was not busy either, there were no more than 8 tables sat. This place is mismanaged. There’s clearly not enough experienced staff to handle a dinner “rush.”
I spoke up and asked for management. No managers were on duty unfortunately. Our server Ben failed to provide adequate service or remedy our frustrations.
Come for the spooky ambience and be scared away by the unprofessionalism.
We didn’t even get a table. Understaffed and super disappointing. We waited 45 minutes to be acknowledged ONCE! Don’t recommend and don’t waste your time.
Fun place for the kids. But, with my old eyes I had a tough time with the low light.
Came here with my fiancee for a Monday dinner, we booked a reservation and our waitress, Jess, was great. She was very attentive and friendly.
The atmosphere is also great. The decorations, music, and overall ambiance are great for any Halloween or horror fan. The only thing we kinda laughed about is that the lighting/coloring of the restroom doors makes finding the handles very hard.
The food itself was a good. My fiancee loved her burger and sweet potato fries. My chicken parm hero was also really good. Drinks were also good, but a little pricey.
Checked out this HHH this past weekend with a group of friends. Starting with the decor; it’s pretty amazing every wall nook and cranny has something different some of which are interactive and a small but intricate set up outside of the restaurant.
As a table we ordered a bunch of appetizers to share. The fried pickles were delicious and an easy shareable perfectly breaded and crispy.
With so many burger options I elected to build my own choosing their crumbled blue cheese, bacon, fried onions. My burger was cooked perfectly and served on a fresh brioche bun.
I look forward to going back and enjoying the experience with my family.
Went there Friday night and had a great time food came out very fast and everything was great. Service was amazing

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was excellent. From the wings, to the burgers, and the Mac and cheese! Great atmosphere too! Great decorations!
Great burgers. Spooky atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back for more. Had a great time there
Amazing place with so much to see. The service was great. Their burgers are amazing. The Boo Burger was so juicy and had just the right amount of salt. But the decor and music was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves all things spooky.
