This was a cool place to go to, but really dark inside. They give you 3D glasses to look around with but they didn’t really do too much. The drinks were cool, some came with smoke & cotton candy on top. Good for kids & if you like really greasy food. The food didn’t sit well with me & my mom got really sick the next day.

Gimmicky pretty much says it all. Fun place to take your kids but otherwise I would avoid it. Food is subpar especially considering the price. Service was fine, everyone was nice enough just a little slow with minor mistakes.

Food wasn't great, poor quality. I got ribs which needed to be cooked more and was over loaded with BBQ sauce.The service was terrible. Once we got the food we never saw the waiter until I asked another waiting to get him so I could get refills of water. Since my hands were full of sauce I asked my waiter for hand wipes, he gave me a bunch of bar napkins saying they had no wipes. A couple minutes later another waiter brought me hand wipes.The only good thing I can say is if your into to Halloween you may like it but don't expect anything else to be good.P.S. I didn't have any alcoholic drinks so I can't comment on them.

This was an EXPERIENCE! A year-round spooky eatery? I love it! The names of the dishes and drinks are spooky-themed and the buns are branded. Outside looks like a haunted house and once you walk in, you're met with blacklights, neons and spooky characters such as Chuckie. There's even spooky characters such a as Frankenstein and Pennywise along the walkway. There are spiders, ghosts and more everywhere including the bathroom which has hand soap from B&B's Fall collections. The service is friendly and down to Earth and the food is very good and averagely priced! I recommend for my spooky fiends. Heads up: they automatically include a gratuity in your bill.

Came around 7:30/7:45 was told we could wait for a booth or table or sit at bar. I said “whatever is easier… we can wait for a booth and sit at the bar for now….just let me know where your bathroom is since I’m 8 months pregnant. “The hostess was like… “ahh ohno our bathroom has been having maintenance issues.. let me check if it’s open”. She comes back and was like “it’s closed going to be closed for the rest of the night.”We hesitate at that point cause the place was packed, no bathroom and not a lot of people had their food yet.We sat at bar and looked over the menu but we were freezing by the door. The seats were pretty uncomfortable for a pregnant lady. I asked if we could have a booth since I saw two open and she said give me 10 mins.10 mins go by and then she puts us at a table where my belly touches the small table near the bar and I look at my spouse and was like” this ain’t working lol. I’m gona have a hard time eating at this table… why didn’t she put us at a booth lol”We waited for a our waiter but…decided to leave cause we both now had to go to the bathroom …no sever came…. We returned the menus back to the hostess.Overall we would have ate there since we both were hungry but the no bathroom thing because a problem fast.Overall… the place just seemed loud and gimmicky. It’s cool but something just felt off about the experience.When we were leaving we saw 2/3 empty booths but the hostess didn’t want to sit us there for some reason?It just seemed like they didn’t really care about their customers lol. The menu looked overpriced …$24+ for burgers.We winded up going to burgerology… probably ate healthier, and saved money. We were a lot happier and the customer service was way better.
