Food always great. Can't believe this is the last Long Island location. Hope it stays around for a while cause we really enjoy eating here. Drinks are great too and not over priced.

The food has consistently been going downhill to the point Applebees and your local chain has a superior quality product. My potato soup was mostly liquid cream with chives, my stuffed chicken breast was stuffed with nothing but air and barely cooked. The best part of the meal was receiving the check. Simply not worth it and won't be surprise when this place closes down

Houlihans has always been my favorite. Potato soup was great. Still able to order the Adam and Eve and the Thai wings was a plus because they are not on the menu. Everything was great until the main meal came 2 of us ordered the prime rib dip sandwich. The bread was stale and the meat and the dip sauce had no flavor. I asked the other person at my table if she felt the same and she did. I did not send it back because our server was so sweet, kind and full of energy. Update: I would be glad to discuss. Please let me know where and how to contact you.

The atmosphere is always great but the service and food -- not always. Yesterday we received great service until the 4pm shift change, and then not. The soups were great and my friend enjoyed the shrimp, but Meatloaf #9, not so good. I'd prefer to have my meat and potatoes separate instead of on top of one another. Finally, the ice cream was good but the cheese cake was awful. Is it so hard to simply offer a normal slice of cheesecake instead of that cow patty?

The bread served with the prime rib dip was hard as a rock. We asked to have our spinach dip and lavash wrap and the bus person for the tables threw it out! When we told the waitress about it she said sorry she doesn't understand English. When we told her the bread was hard as a rock she told us sometimes it comes out good and sometimes it doesn't. Been going there for many years but will not be back

We stopped in for lunch recently and was hoping to have a tap beer or two. That would not come to fruition... Between some of the beers being out, others that were just pushing out foam and the others that were skunked, we were forced to purchase bottled beer. Not the end of the world, but we're looking forward to enjoying their selections.

The food was amazing and they have a great price fix menu that comes with app dinner and dessert. Lots of food that taste great. Great for a date night. The staff was very nice and friendly. I highly recommend.

A Roach ran across our table while we were eating dinner at the Westbury location that has since closed. Their response was the exterminator was just here last night. That one must have gotten away. I won't be dining at any Houlihans anymore. They didn't seem surprised and offered us gift cards for a future visit that we declined.
The food was so fresh and delicious, our waitress was so friendly and checked on us more than once

This was for my daughter's birthday. We were able to get the time and seating we wanted. The food was fabulous and the specialty drinks were just great. We had the nicest waitress and she was there before we had to ask her to come over. Grea overall evening.
