“I usually come to this location, and it’s usually okay, but today was a disaster. The place was filthy—there was dirt all over the place. Instead of cleaning, all the workers at the front door were just standing around talking. To make it worse, one guy was sweeping dirt from one table to another like it didn’t matter. My wife and I couldn’t take it, so we just got up and left. This place needs serious management changes—fire the whole staff and hire people who care. Extremely disappointing!”

Nice location and it's very spacious. The food was excellent and I'm glad they offer Impossible plant sausage! The kitchen staff is on point, but the front end and servers need improvement. Took a while to find someone to seat us. And they were not even busy. Server took our order, but did not return to refill drinks or anything. We were never given silverware/napkin sets and the ketchup was empty. I kept having to flag down other staff because our server was nowhere to be found-or zipped past our table so quickly I couldn't get their attention fast enough. But of course when it was time to pay he rushed to our table to grab the tip ?

After being seated, 30 minutes went by and not one server came to our table, not even to offer coffee. Told gentleman at the host stand and he said he would get somebody over and still another 10 minutes went by and no one showed up so we left. Worst service ever. Will never return. Wound up going to the Ronkonkoma location and had the most amazing experience!
