Place takes a ridiculously long time to get your food. Not even kidding it just took me over a half hour to get my one Sandwhich. They prioritize uber eats orders so if you walk in expect to be treated as second priority. The staff also looks like they all have zero idea what they are doing

Recently came back to this amazing establishment and once again Eddy knocked my socks off, he is truly one of the best sandwich artisans I have ever met in my life, the kindness he has shown me and the Sandwich he put his blood, sweat and gets into definitely made my month, I will be coming back for years to come as Long as is working at this restaurant. This world is truly better off with this man in it, I love him and the Jersey Mike's corporation. Thank you and good day!

Asked for a super giant mikes way and got a club giant with nasty bacon , and not Mike's way, instead.
How do you call this a sandwich? Pitiful waste of money .

Eddy at the counter was a Delight and made me the best sandwich I've had in years. He was incredibly friendly and professional and regaled me with stories from his youth and entranced me with his beautiful soliloquies. 5/5 will definitely be eating here again soon

I like Jersey mikes franchises. Every single time I come to this location it's unorganized, the staff is not properly trained and the food takes longer because of it.

Super annoyed at the interaction I received today. I came in with my baby to grab a sandwich for my brother who was waiting in the car.. ordered & decided hmm maybe I’ll grab a sandwich for myself and mom while I’m at it.. the two gentlemen behind the counter could not be more rude if they tried. The attitude was truly unmatched. They acted as if this job was the death of them. I get it, no one likes to work but like don’t take it out on customers. Probably won’t be back, bc that was ridiculous. Then my chipotle chicken sandwich I ordered, he didn’t even ask me what toppings I want. He just made it over by the grill packaged it and handed it to me. I felt too weird to be like um you didn’t even ask if I wanted anything on it so I just left. Someone needs to have a talk with their staff on how to act. In a place of business, staff need to be personable.

Shout out the team on Route 110 in Farmingdale. I placed a large order over the phone because their website was having an issue. The order was done on time, no mistakes, each sandwich was clearly labeled with initials. Everything was fresh and everyone was happy. Thank you!
