A waitress came out of a bathroom stall and walked out without washing her hands. Another worker was there who I told and she went to get her. She didn’t return to wash them. I waited. When I reported incident to the manager, she told me she was told about it and knew I “ thought she didn’t” but she knows her and she wouldn’t do that. I said “ so you’re saying I’m lying”. She said no but insisted the waitress washed her hands when I was the one in the bathroom with her. Don’t go to this longhorn. It’s dirty and horribly managed.

I'm going there tonight for me and my wife's 46th anniversary, because we went a few months ago and it was very good. Can't wait it's 4pm now lol😋

Great food and prices. The ribeye steak is quite big and very tender. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good steakhouse.

The food is good, and the pricing is reflective of it. All in all, it's in proportion. Service varies, of course, but at worst, it's okay. Good place for a nice meal.

So the food was really good The service wasn't top notch had to wait for water to be filled but they did bring water over often so you had to ask for water but they didn't bring water when asked My rule is when you sit at a restaurant If you have to ask for water that's a deduction in tip I was in a control of the tip so she got tipped well either way she also spilled a margarita on the person whose birthday we were celebrating and didn't offer a free drink or a discount whatsoever and told her on the way out she owes her one like we were some type of regulars or something not really sure how that's going to work but if I was a manager I would have offered a discount or a gift card or another drink while we were eating really not sure what the deal is there The food was good the steak was cooked well to my liking medium rare and everybody enjoyed their meal except for the birthday girl having a drink spilled on her lap but needless to say stuff happens but it should have been remedied This is why I give a four star for service and the atmosphere is lazy fair it's not really good it's not really bad it's just a steakhouse nothing too fancy about it but good food either way.

Horrible service and horrible wait policies. You book a time and it takes almost 2 hours and it is ridiculous. They blast the heat in the summer and it's unenjoyable. I am NEVER going back here again. Joke of a restaurant.
