Family owned for over 50 yrs, their cakes ,pies , pastries and Irish Soda Bread are fantastic ! I know people who drive all the from Oceanside to purchase their delirious pastries .

We went in last minute before a family dinner and the gentleman behind the counter was kind and very generous. We got 2 lobster tails, Napoleon, rainbow cookies and a small chocolate cake and all were outstanding. I’d go out of my way to come back and try other delicious pastries and breads.

We called Mike in a panic because another bakery did not have our sons bday cake ready ( we had ordered it a week ahead of time). Well Mike saved the day!!! We called at noon he had a gorgeous cake ready at 2pm. I'm amazed. Far exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

I needed a spur of the moment gift for a friend. I ordered a dozen whoopie pies and they were delivered within the hour. My friend's office is 3 miles away. Mike was so nice and helped me surprise my friend and they were fabulous. I may have to order some to ship to me in MA. Thanks again Mike you guys are awesome!
Went to my favorite bakery to get a cheesecake only to find it being closed. Helped Italian bakeries in the area and Merrit Bakery came up. Decided to give it a try. Ordered the cheesecake and cookies. I found my new favorite bakery.

Excellent mud pie. Cakes & pastries are tasty & very affordable unlike many exorbitantly pricey other bakeries.Couldn't locate it easily because the main signboard says "Bakery." A smaller window sign says "Merritt Bakery". Excellent customer service.
