My boyfriend and I visited earlier today and had an enjoyable experience! The place was clean, service was friendly and efficient, and food was clean and delicious. They mark on the menu which sushi rolls are raw/not cooked which is helpful.

I had to use the bathroom and it was an emergency. I’m a female and I am pregnant. I asked the young lady can I use the bathroom and she said no it’s a $10 minimum. She had a bob hairstyle i don’t know her name. I am a female why I couldn’t use your bathroom?

i love the lunch specials. i always ordered through the website, it is estimated 30 min they can make the food. i got there and i had to wait additional 15 min. i understand they are busy but that's why i ordered through their website so i can pick it up. i cant wait additional 15 min i have to go back to work and i couldn't eat on my lunch break. Then , i got my food the steak hibachi was dry and no sauce. i asked for additional sauce. this is disappointed. Good food, but not when there is always a mistake

WAY overpriced for the amount and quality of the food. I bought a takoyaki appetizer ($13) which is much higher than similar restaurants, thinking it might’ve been a larger portion. I received 6 small takoyaki that had so little of the takoyaki sauce that it was dry and unpleasant to eat. I also ordered the shrimp teriyaki entree for a fat $25 and received 8 sad little shrimp in a big sea of vegetables, with half cup of rice and 1/4 cup of soup on the side. I can get 10 jumbo shrimp from nice day chinese for $15, in what world is 8 mini shrimp worth 25 dollars??? I’ve been buying their sushi rolls for a very long time and wanted to try what else they had, but that order was so pathetic and expensive I will never be coming back even for the sushi.
Without question, and by far, the best sushi on Long Island. And I've yet to taste its equal in the city. When my GF and I want sushi, this is the only place we visit. We have tried 23 of their 24 specialty rolls, and have rated ten of them a 10 out of 10 rating. Four others rate a 9.75. By contrast, we've tried many other sushi restaurants in NY and out of the state, and we've only rated one other place's rolls with a 10, and that was in Vegas of all places. Most places don't make rolls that rate higher than an 8 or 9. We've tried sushi everywhere we've traveled in the US, and Mizu ranks at the top. We're very lucky to live so close by. Make sure you order the Undersea, the best of the best. The service is always perfect, no matter which server you get. The owner is wonderful. They make you feel like family. Perfect for a date night. Perfect for a light lunch. The atmosphere is excellent for conversation. The tables are great for sharing. Bathroom is always clean. Based on all this, Mizu is my favorite place to eat on Long Island, and in the entire state, and I'd probably eat here every day if I could. Order the spicy edamame.

Mizu Sushi is an absolute gem! I came in as a party of one and was pleasantly surprised to be seated at a beautiful booth, which made my solo dining experience feel extra special. The atmosphere is stunning, with a beautifully designed venue that adds to the overall experience.
My server was incredibly sweet, all smiles, and went out of their way to help me navigate the menu. Their recommendations were spot on! I ordered five slices of sashimi, smoked salmon, and a spiced tuna roll. Everything arrived quickly, and the freshness of the fish was outstanding.
If you’re looking for high-quality sushi with excellent service in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend Mizu Sushi. I’ll definitely be back!
