First time at this location and last. I use the app for ordering and paying, so I cant answer qustions about the place. I've been a long time customer but within the town limits of Smithtown. I ordered half sandwich and half salad deal with a baguette and a bakery item, a candy cookie. I got the turkey bravo half sandwich which was awesome. I ate that in the parking lot, looked to make sure that everything else was in the bag and went on my way. When I got home later that evening I discovered there was no salad dressing, that baguette was hard as a rock and that the cookie was so old that the candy on it was discolored!!! Im amazed that they would give a customer an old cookies with faded coloring on the cookie never mind the bread not being fresh.
This place must have a manger that doesn't care about his job...
I will try another Paneras, but WILL NEVER visit this location again.
I did hear back from the manager, he said the bread has changed, it was the same version I got in S'town. He said he'd deal with his team over the dressing missing and the terrible cookie.

The best part was the cashier, Connor! He was so helpful and made my day. Its very rare to find people that hardworking and nice nowadays. I got the chicken noodle soup and it did not disappoint! Also, the kitchen sink cookie is a must try!

Cash payment was refused after waiting 10 minutes in line for a cashier to come work the register. Unbelievable. There is no signage indicating that cash is not accepted anywhere in the store.

Yo its impossible to have a hot latte their. Like I got the impression the employees wanna stay hidden in the back yapping. Because There was no cashier and no one cleaning the table. And its impossible to have hot latee. Like you have to make it yourself, but the milk is cold. sooooo
