I’ve tried Qdoba maybe once or twice before, and it’s always good - but the STAFF at this specific location, especially the lady by the casher was over-the-top helpful, friendly, and patient.
She acted like a caring business owner and not just a paid employee - amazing.
She helped us download the app, and even offered us a bag to carry our leftovers when she noticed we were carrying individual containers of leftover food out - proactive and genuinely caring!
Will stop in again just for the red carpet treatment, to say nothing of the amazing food!
Oh, and Chipotle diehards: guac is free here!

Stopped by this Qdoba for a quick bite, and I have to say - the staff was absolutely delightful and so friendly! At many places, you sometimes feel like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering, but not here. The team was welcoming and upbeat from start to finish.
We ordered the Habanero Lime Steak and an order of Diablo Cheese with chips. Both were delicious, fresh, and generously portioned - I even had leftovers. As I was leaving with my container, a staff member noticed and offered me a bag to carry it out. When does that happen anymore?!
The place itself was clean, charming, and well-kept, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere - I’ll definitely be back!

My family and I always loved eating here but lately we're disappointed. I order thru my wife Kimberly's app account and the past few orders have been missing ingredients or lacking the normal amount of food we usually get. My last 35$ order 2 days ago for 2 rice bowls and a quesadilla would've been brought back for a refund but it was late. The chicken quesadilla had about 6 pieces of chicken, a few peppers and barely any cheese. It was thinner than Taco Bells which is pretty pathetic. One rice bowl was supposed to have rice, beans, carnitas, sour cream and cheese. No cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, meat and beans each and was 90% rice. The 2nd bowl was was plentiful but also missing cheese, had 3 pieces of lettuce and a spoonful of meat. Do I have to come in to order and stand over the server while instructing them how to prepare my meal? I hate to complain and the last time I sent a not so good response to a satisfaction email and a private email I never received a response. Chipotle is right across the street so I think we'll be going back to them next time.

There were two Hispanic employees that were very rude and unprofessional; tall Hispanic fair-skinned male with glasses who stated that he was the assistant manager, and a short dark-skinned Hispanic female with freckles. They were both not using gloves while serving after handling money at the register for other customers. I order from here frequently, and their level of professionalism was terrible. I asked for their names and they stated that they cannot provide them.
Eaten here a few times and got catering here twice and it was impeccable every time. Highly recommend. They go above and beyond every time. Food is great, service is great.

Im just going to start off with Qdoba is superior. I will only be coming here for my quesadillas, bowls or burritos. My boyfriend and I both got the birria cheese crusted quesadilla and it was delicious. They bought it to our table and all the workers were super nice. They also aren’t skimpy on the meat or cheese. They have that soda machine with so many options, it’s self serve, free refills, they also have juice for the non soda options. I got the strawberry lemonade and I am obsessed. The atmosphere was nice too, they have different tables and booths, we love a good booth. The place was also clean. It was so good that we went back the next day! Good job Farmingdale Qdoba, we will now be regulars.
