Why my 2 stars? NO ONE IS WEARING GLOVES OR KEEPING CLEAN THE SOFT ICE DISPENSER, everything is touching bare hands. Employees allowed costumers sitting their toddlers on the counter while waiting for ice-cream. We LOVE Ralph's however management should address this issue. As costumers we all deserve our favorite summer goodies with proper hygiene.
I went to ralph’s yesterday for the first time! The dubai sundae was more than delicious! Rocio was quick and efficient! Great ices and great staff.

Very tasty Italian ices , at a fair price . Limited outdoor seating . Numerous size servings , and a coin-operated candy & toy machine on site .
Have been going to this location for about 5 years and at least twice a week in peak season. The woman who is always there is the absolute best, I think she is the manager but she is a sweetheart and has the patience of a saint with the crazy customers. She does a beautiful job keeping the location spotless and makes sure my family’s order is handled quickly. Everything we get there is always delicious!

I come every Tuesday for the buy one get one free Twisters and first off not only are the ices and ice cream fresh and delicious!! But the staff there is amazing....the owners cousin always helps me and she is fantastic!! Thank you Ralph's of Farmingdale!!

I went to Ralph's to get ice cream I paid for my ice cream and then they told me that I didn't pay I asked them to check the cameras they still said that I was lying and that I am a thief I don't appreciate being called a liar or a thief and I will never use this establishment again be careful when you go there and make sure that you get a receipt
