Have been going to this location for about 5 years and at least twice a week in peak season. The woman who is always there is the absolute best, I think she is the manager but she is a sweetheart and has the patience of a saint with the crazy customers. She does a beautiful job keeping the location spotless and makes sure my family’s order is handled quickly. Everything we get there is always delicious!

I come every Tuesday for the buy one get one free Twisters and first off not only are the ices and ice cream fresh and delicious!! But the staff there is amazing....the owners cousin always helps me and she is fantastic!! Thank you Ralph's of Farmingdale!!

Got cappuccino flavor creme ice, and it’s delicious! I’m unsure what’s the fundamental difference between cream ice, water ice, and ice cream, but hey it’s tasty, sweet and cold, so nothing I’d complain about.
Surprisingly open on Fourth of July. Still a line - guess it’s a pretty popular spot. $5 for a small cup of ice. Think it’s well worth it. Shop seems clean. Staff are friendly. There’s a bench outside as casual seatings
