Lauren and Felicia made my order and it was delicious! I had a problem with my doordash order (door dashes fault not Sobols) and Lauren and Felicia quickly resolved it and remade my order after my doordash driver dropped it and it exploded all over the bag. They’re super friendly and great hard workers. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again :)

This place was great! I am in town visiting my granddaughter and she took me here last week for lunch because she loves the place! A very enthusiastic and kind young lady helped us, I believe she had glasses and light colored hair. She gave me samples, answered all my questions, and did not make me feel rushed despite that it was a bit busy. I ordered the kids açaí bowl and it was delicious, very flavorful and healthy. I see why my granddaughter comes here!

I've been to this location a few times and the girl with the blonde hair and glasses is extremely rude. She always has a nasty attitude and when she makes my bowl it tastes watered down like a snowcone. Zero customer service skills, I won't be coming back to this location because of her awful service.

Smoothie was great, no issues with it all except they up-charge you if you substitute a fruit for another. They should allow one substitute because of dietary restrictions or preference.What is not okay is walking into a store that you have never been to before and the employee is talking to her friend at the counter having a full blown personal conversation, while you are standing there. It’s fine if your friend came to visit you at work, but take my order first and go back to your yapping afterwards. It was rude and unprofessional. The receipt said Lisa and she was telling the other employees what to do so I don’t know if she was the manager or owner or what, but your behavior today is not how you treat customers visiting the store.

I was in Farmingdale Village for a desperately needed haircut & coloring. I had an early appointment at Le Che. I decided to walk around the village. I was looking for a new place to eat or snack. I found So- Bol. Since I am a health nut, I looked inside to see what So-Bol offered. I decided that I would try their açaí. I ordered a regular size bowl which with taxes was a little over $11. It had frozen chocolate ice cream, several fruits and chia seeds. It was delicious. The store is immaculate and the staff is super friendly. On leaving, to the left of So- Bol is a small restaurant that serves a full breakfast and a full lunch. I have to see the reviews. I believe it is called Grandma's Kitchen.

Everyone is so nice here, always have the best experience! Drive the extra mile or two for this location as they are one of the only locations with nut free granola which allows me to enjoy a sobol with my friends!
