Picked up a mobile order for my office in the drive through. 4 large drinks were all put in one tray with doubling up or anything. I could not hold it normally so I had drive our of the drive through holding the tray of 4 drinks and park to take them out and put them in my cars cup holders because one coffee was soverfilled and spilled making the one single tray weaker. Once I got to my job I had to dig out a box to bring the coffees in. Made an already stressful commute even more stressful.

One of the best services among all the Starbucks , this is Sanela Soy latte with 4 shots espresso and 3 pumps hazelnut Lol , who ever reads may know that works there and my little paw girl that use to get her puppuccinoes and treats from Robin , seriously jokes a side they are really great at least for me and when I go there that place always has 100 cars ahead of me literally ! What does that say alone . They are nice provide best customer service with smile even if we are grouchy cause we still didn’t get that caffeine in our system. If u knew all their names I would’ve named them one by one. They are the best đŸ‘đŸ»

I have to give a huge shoutout to this Starbucks location! I ordered my go-to drink, and it was absolutely PERFECT. The barista nailed the flavor. You can tell they put extra care into making it exactly how I like it. It’s not every day you get a coffee experience that feels this satisfying. Thank you for the consistency and attention to detail—this is one of my favorite Starbucks!

Unbelievably eternal wait for a simple espresso. Would not recommend stopping here if you are in a hurry to get a coffee. Perhaps online orders are prioritized because all staff seem to be mobilized.

Friendly staff and Great customer service. I had an issue with my order and the Supervisor, Jordan was swift and responsive with my new order.
I would just recommend staff wear gloves when serving or touching customer cups/lids.

Waited at the counter for 5 plus minutes, no one even acknowledged me. I was standing there multiple people behind me and the staff was concerned with drive through orders only. Horrible experience. Went down the street to Dunkin donuts was out in under a minute. Unacceptable service with overpriced watered down drinks. Would go to that location again.

This morning i decided to drive in for starbucks since the renovations have been done and i figured i haven’t had it in awhile, why not.. As i pull through the drive through to order my drink immediately receiving an attitude first thing in the morning. When i pulled up to the window to pay for my order “ANSWER THE QUESTION AND THEN TAP THE SCREEN” with a nasty snarky attitude as if im gonna tip someone who’s being rude. Anyway people come for coffee to get started with there day and work and don’t need to receive that type of behavior.

Everytime I go to this location the focus is on the drive through. Today I went in and waited over 5 minutes before I could order. There was one person in front of me that needed to order. I waited another 10 minutes for my beverage. There was also a dog inside the store without service tags or anything identifying it as a service animal. Wish I could have a better experience at this location.
