Slow and make bad drinks

This is my go-to Starbucks spot. Bought an apple oatmilk crisp frapp and cheese Danish. Sweet tooth: satisfied!

Get better staff!! Almost everyone is so rude for no reason, even when you're being really nice. They make my coffee totally wrong and the one time I ask for more syrup they have an attitude. I'm paying 8 dollars for a coffee so I have the right to complain.

Morning crew needs to get it together... Ordered my morning drink and took them 4 tries to get it right. Mustve been everyone's first day on the job

Don’t bother having a drive thru. Your drive thru service is terribly slow.

My drink was great. My breakfast sandwich on the other hand wasnt cooked fully or for a while it seems. Although I did eat it, I wont be coming back here for food

Rude and angry.

You politely ask for a drink, and in turn, you get someone very angry and rude to speak down at you.

Simply asked to get one of their drinks with no ice or light ice, you pay almost $9 for that special coffee, and to be spoken that way, it's just not nice.

Another location I go to, they do it all the time and never had such an experience.

" Sir, if I put no ice (yelling) then you are not getting an espresso, you are getting a latte and I have to charge you for that!!! "

It's almost never about what you say but how you say it and how you speak to someone.

Not nice at all.

Not spending money for a company that already charges a premium and in addition you get rudeness too as a bonus. ?

They made me wait 48 minutes because of one sugar-free Americano, there was no sugar to be made, only hot coffee was to be poured because of the mag, they waited so long, this is inattention to the customer.

Service was good. Food and coffee were standard Starbucks.

Drive thru is great. I love that you can put in a mobile order and pick up there instead of going inside

I am very unhappy with this starbucks today.
They didn't have any iced teas available, only had some sandwiches and pasties available. I was there mid-day. I would think they would be stocked up with stuff to sell. The girls behind the counter were very loud & unprofessional, talking about their personal lives.
Then they made fun of a customer because they wanted a refund for something but had lost the receipt. You do that behind closed doors, which is wrong anyway!!!
Also the place was quite dirty. Tables had crumbs and drink stains. Floor was dirty with papers. Bathroom could have been tidy up a little.
I will Give them another chance because this is the first time I'm unhappy with this Particular starbucks, which I visit a few times a month, normally.

2nd time and the same thing. Will never, and I mean it go back. Horrible service. Lots of servers standing around and only one person taking orders. And that server gets bogged down in one massive order. Ended up walking out. And this is not the first time. Really need to go to the other one down the road.
